From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!

Ryan & I knew we wanted a beach wedding, but where? My husband had been to St. Pete Beach one other time for a work event, so that’s how we settled with the beach. Picking the venue seemed like a daunting task all the way from Nebraska, but once we found Tradewinds and met Hannah, their wedding coordinator, we knew instantly. We flew down one time before our wedding, so I really trusted Hannah and our planner and they knocked it out of the park. The hotel room was perfect size for my wedding party and I to get ready and with the natural light from the beautiful room views our makeup artist was in heaven! The guys spent the day enjoying an amazing lunch at the Flying Bridge, playing mini-putt and hanging out at the lobby bar while they waited. The photo backdrops you can find around the property made for magical wedding photos. Our ceremony was on the beach and the set up was perfect! The reception was in the courtyard and it was the best spot. We go visit the courtyard each time we come back to visit! The food was 10/10! I wish they had a restaurant on their property that served the same food that was served that night because we would eat there constantly! Their chef is truly so skilled! You don’t hear many people talk about wedding food, but 2 1/2 years later and our guests still rave about it; specifically the corn chowder! Yum! I really can’t thank Hannah, Tradewinds, and our planner enough. I didn’t feel an ounce of stress planning our wedding because of them. Tradewinds has really become our home away from home and it is all because of the amazing work they did for the biggest day of our life!

We have conducted weddings at the Dolphin Beach Resort for 22 years. The location is so convenient for couples as the bride and groom's Gulf front room is a minimum of steps onto the beach where the setting will be. Many of our couples & their guests also enjoyed their reception at the property. The resort is an affordable, convenient and fun location we highly recommend.

Overall, the planning process was easy, and the team was very communicative. There were a few hiccups with booking our room block (related to the quoted rate and the site not letting guests book longer than the weekend nights), but once that was resolved most everything else was smooth sailing. The venue is stunning - our guests enjoyed the rooms and food. And even though we had to make the last minute call to move our welcome reception indoors due to the weather, the Zamora team made it happen and it ended up being great! The only things I would improve was that there was not enough shade for our morning rooftop wedding and there were issues with the audio. We knew having an August wedding in Florida would be hot, but there needs to be more shade options on the rooftop - it is such a beautiful venue and makes for stunning photos, but we were all miserably hot! The issues with audio were due to the AV guy not knowing how to hook my laptop with all my playlists up to the sound system. Frustrating but my day of coordinator stepped in and did the best she could to salvage it.

When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. If I could rate Catlyn and all of The Worthington for Events ten stars I would! We had the best experience at the Worthington , hosting my daughter‘s bat mitzvah. This was the best find out of all the wedding process. Cindy and her venue were amazing. Super kind, fantastic service and worked really hard to make our dreams come too. We were on a really tight budget but monarch Meadows is stunning and affordable. Alot is included in the price. We were so lucky with weather and the sunset, the night was absolutely amazing! Our wedding date was November 12. We had the ceremony on the beach and then the reception was under the pavilion. We decorated mainly with string lights and the vibe was everything I wanted for an island beach wedding. Molly helped us plan and Jess was our day of coordinator, both did an excellent job. Nothing major went wrong and Jess helped keep everything on track. The only real downside was the guests have to use the bathrooms that are inside the restaurant.

I don’t think there are enough words to express how Amazing Amanda and her team are at Legacy Lane Weddings. We booked their package to stay the entire weekend on property and it was the best decision we could have made. Weddings go by so fast but being able to stay on property with our bridal party and family helped feel like we didn’t blink and it was over. Amber always greeted us with a warm welcome and the owners are just as friendly. It truly is a big family there and you can tell everyone genuinely loves what they do. They pride themselves on professionalism and maintaining such a beautiful venue and they do it all with such grace. There is plenty of entertainment for the family staying with you whether they are 2 or 92, there is something for everyone to stay entertained. I was nothing but relaxed as the bride the entire weekend and everything went off without a hitch. Their preferred vendors are vetted and held to the same standards. The owners graciously let my husband fly in via helicopter for a very fun entrance!! I will forever brag about this venue and the staff and would highly recommend you go check it out!!

We had the perfect dinner and reception at Bridge Street Bistro following our beach wedding on Anna Maria Island. The food was outstanding, and we heard from many guests that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We also came down and did a food tasting about a year in advance so that we knew what choices would be best for us. We had a few specific requests on the menu based on our tasting experience and that was no problem for the chef. We even requested the same server for our reception, and they made that happen for us. We worked with Jennifer during all stages of the planning, and she was wonderful – very quick to reply and communicate with, and she provided recommendations for so many things to make our day perfect. She even sent me recommendations for bands with descriptions and sent links to their websites/Facebook pages. This was so helpful! Mojo Filter was a perfect wedding band for our style too! Planning a destination wedding from a different state has it’s challenges, but Jennifer was very accommodating and we appreciated all of the recommendations. We had a fairly large group for our wedding – 65 people so we rented the 3rd floor. This space was perfect for our group. I worked with Jennifer to create the floor plan and seating chart, she had sent multiple options so we could make sure we had the right set up. The band played softly during our arrival and dinner; they were set back in an alcove which worked perfectly – we moved a few tables for the dance floor following dinner. The food and drinks were outstanding, as was the service and decorations. This was one of the most affordable dinner/reception options that we got quotes for, and it was an exceptional choice. I wish that I had more pictures to share!
