Paired with these Outdoor options is the Hunter Ballroom for a formal Dinner Reception. These spaces have a Food & Beverage Minimum of $40,000.00 - prior to service charge and tax. In addition, there is a $3,000.00 Ceremony Fee. The Hunter Ballroom can comfortably sit up to 275 guests with a dance floor in the room.

Our Special Moments Event Planning team LOVES when our clients choose to host their wedding at the Sandpearl Resort and Spa. There is a ceremony fee of $3,000 which includes the ceremony location, rehearsal the day before, white wedding garden chairs, citrus water station, security, and indoor space in the event of inclement weather.

After reviewing our information, a Sandpearl Catering Manager will be in contact to discuss the specifics of your special day. Our team will advise you which venue most adequately fits your needs and confirm if your preferred date and location are available. Once the contract is signed and a deposit received, your date will be secured.

Absolutely. The most popular wedding ceremony setting at the Sandpearl Resort is our 700-foot beach. Outdoor ceremonies may also take place on the boardwalk, the Pool Lawn, or for larger events, on our Gulf Lawn. All of Sandpearl’s outdoor wedding venues boast spectacular views of our white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

We are currently unable to accommodate ceremonies for couples that are not hosting their wedding reception at the resort.

All prices are subject to a 23% service charge and applicable Florida State sales tax.

Your Sandpearl Resort Catering Manager will be happy to arrange a ceremony rehearsal for you and your wedding party. Rehearsal times are confirmed four weeks prior to your wedding and set at a time that does not interfere with other booked events. Please contact your manager in advance to arrange a rehearsal.

Food and Beverage Minimums are monetary amounts that must be spent in order to host your event in a particular venue at our Clearwater Beach resort. This number does not include service charges, sales tax, any fees, parking, guestrooms, or any enhancements to your event. Thus when budgeting for your wedding, you should anticipate spending more than the requested Food and Beverage Minimum.

Yes, a selection of both children's and vendor meals are available for your convenience.
