Monarch Meadows features an intimate 800 square foot air conditioned reception space professionally decorated to coordinate with your wedding colors and theme. We offer a beautifully appointed suite for the Bride and her attendants to prepare for the ceremony , as well as quarters for the Groom and Groomsmen. For your ceremony , choose among our romantic, and picturesque back drops to accentuate your event of a life time. We feature Wildflower weddings in the Monarch Meadows under a centuries old Grandfather oak. Or , choose the charming glass folly house with vintage leaded glass windows to lend it’s beauty and unexpected elegance to the memories of your special day. The unrivaled serenity of the Japanese garden and koi pond with arched bridges and waterfall is a setting sure to create a backdrop as unforgettable as your momentous occasion.

To all brides that want a cozy and gorgeous venue, I couldn’t recommend Monarch Meadows enough. Cindy and Robert made the planning process such a breeze. The communication was top-notch from the get-go. I considered this super important, specially because I did the whole wedding planning myself with no wedding planner. They worked so hard to bring my vision to life and were so kind and welcoming to me, my husband and our families. They set up everything and took care of so much that I was able to truly relax on my wedding day. They took care of all the decorating, set up, clean up, picking up our food, looking over that everyone was setting up correctly, made sure everything was running smoothly at rehearsal time, ceremony and reception. She made all our bouquets and boutonnières and worked in any extra tasks that helped the day be better. They also had great communication with our vendors. They are very organized, detail-oriented and just want to make sure everyone has a great time. For brides on a budget, trust me, THIS is the place you need!!!! Sometimes you think you have to sacrifice a lot when planning a budgeted wedding, but Monarch Meadows really knows how to work to make the most special day a reality. All my guests loved everything and we received so many compliments, but it wouldn’t had been the same outcome without Cindy and her staff’s efforts. May God keep blessing them for all they do and their wonderful character.

This was the best find out of all the wedding process. Cindy and her venue were amazing. Super kind, fantastic service and worked really hard to make our dreams come too. We were on a really tight budget but monarch Meadows is stunning and affordable. Alot is included in the price. Even if I had all the budget in the world for our wedding, I would still have chosen this venue. Thank you Cindy for everything!
