We were able to customize a video package that suited our wants and needs for the day, and that worked with our budget. Once we signed an agreement with Jeremy, there was a lot of time where contact between us was not necessary, but Jeremy reached out to us after every payment that we made to check in and let us know that he had received it. In the final weeks leading up to our wedding, Jeremy sent questionnaires and asked for our timeline, and even coordinated with our photographer so that everyone was on the same page! He was very clear in his policies and options for filming (or not filming!) me putting my wedding dress on and was very respectful of my privacy.
