“Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. He read the room perfectly, checked in with us throughout, and adapted seamlessly to any changes. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Our videographer, Leeland, went above and beyond to capture our day beautifully. He brought such fun energy while also knowing when to step back and let private moments unfold naturally. His balance of presence and discretion made us feel so comfortable, and we’re so grateful he was part of our day. “Frank was awesome. From the start, we really enjoyed working with him. He was professional and to the point, yet still personable and fun. He was really organized and his website helped us get ourselves and our day organized, especially his timeline template. He was happy to take all of our requests (we had a few playlists put together) and took requests from our guests. He was extremely attentive during cocktail hour and dinner and checked in multiple times to make sure everybody understood the timeline and was ready for cake cutting, speeches, etc. And not just with us, but with our involved family and friends, too. “The photographer, videographer, and photo booth was absolutely perfect and our guests had a blast! However, even after going through the work of submitting a Spotify play list and adding do not play songs or DJ played the wrong version of our first dance song (I checked and we had the correct version listed on our playlist we sent over), he also played songs from our do not play list to the point I, the bride, came over to ask if he had the wrong list. He admitted he was using songs from the do not play list as he was not paying attention. I would also like to note, though our wedding was more casual, our DJ was dressed in a sloppy manner. His shirt was half untucked from his pants, there were stains on his shirt and pants. Besides a few hiccups, direct Entertainment was wonderful to work with!”

While their communication was a bit delayed leading up to the event, they were ultimately effective in executing on the day-of. “Tim was great from the moment we hired him to the very last minute of our wedding!! Communicative up until day of and knocked it out of the park with music! We had a bit of a shorter wedding day and limited time to set up, but he was great through it all.
