My husband and I had the blessing of finding the B&O for our wedding in May 2024. I couldn’t sing enough praises for the amazing people, the beautiful venue, and the fantastic food this place has to offer. Not only are they affordable, but they will work with you on payments. Shannon was an absolute godsend in helping us plan for our big day. I could go on and on about how fantastic this place is, but I would probably run out of writing space. If you were looking for the perfect spot with a wonderfully historic and rustic atmosphere, do yourself a favor and give them a call!

We loved having our wedding at The Metroplex Expo Center. The venue offers a huge, open space which allowed us flexibility in designing the layout and decor exactly how we envisioned for our special day. Throughout the planning process, the venue coordinator was very responsive via email and phone, answering all of our questions promptly. On the wedding day, the staff worked seamlessly with our other vendors like the caterer, florist, and DJ to ensure everything flowed smoothly. The team was organized and attentive to details. Their expertise and coordination were invaluable in reducing stress so we could truly enjoy our celebration with family and friends.

The Place at 534 was an absolute dream for our wedding on September 6, 2025! Having everything all-inclusive took so much of the guesswork and stress out of planning. With how busy they are and all the weddings they host, I was amazed at how personalized the planning process and wedding day felt. We booked our date three years in advance, and it was worth every second of the wait! Jess and Logan went above and beyond on the day of—checking in often and quickly handling any little hiccups. Audrey and Doug, along with Jess and Logan, were all so amazing throughout the planning process, and we are so grateful for their guidance. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautiful and special the venue and day were. The food, flowers, photographers, baker, décor, wait staff, and more were all top-notch! The Place at 534 also gave us excellent recommendations for vendors outside of their contract, such as hair & makeup and shuttle services, which made everything even easier. Our wedding day truly was the best day of our lives, and The Place at 534 made our dream come true!

Their communication style was poor, often accusatory and defensive when we tried to clarify details with Kelley. However, the value was great - they allowed our pup to be part of the ceremony, which was a special touch. But we had to get any promises from the coordinator, Kelley, in writing, as many things that were "included" in our initial meeting ended up costing extra. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism made planning more stressful than needed but overall the day went very well the ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a blast.

Gervasi Vineyard was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. Their communication style was very detailed, though it sometimes took a while to get a response, but they were extremely helpful overall. The quality of their work and the value was exceptional - the space, both indoor and outdoor, was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning backdrops everywhere we looked. The coordinators at Gervasi were a big help, assisting with the setup and even providing my husband and I with a special dessert. While the venue felt very high-end and luxurious, the conservatory option allowed us to stay within our budget. first off, I want to say the team at Sun Valley is amazing. They were always so fast to answer all of my questions (and trust me I had plenty). They are kind, fun, and passionate about what they do. The grounds are beautiful. Every single person I encountered through Sun Valley was so kind, making sure everything was perfect and seeing if there was absolutely anything we needed/if there was anything they could do to make the whole experience better. Once it all came together, it couldn’t have been a more beautiful venue. The ponds are stunning and being able to have the ceremony there was absolutely amazing. The inside is so spacious and even with everyone in the building, it never felt crowded or “full”, but it also didn’t look empty. The tile wall behind where the head table goes is stunning. It comes out so well in pictures. Some of the decor didn’t go with our style and they were totally okay with us putting anything that didn’t go in the storage room for the night. I received so many compliments on how it is the most beautiful venue they’ve ever seen. Things I’d like to mention is: there are bed and breakfasts kind of close by, but only hold ?60 people. The closest hotel is a Marriott and it’s 20 minutes away and they only have 1 shuttle that holds 11 people. There isn’t great service out there so Ubers weren’t super easy to get so we rented shuttles. All worked out totally fine, but just something to keep in mind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Sun Valley: the look of the ceremony/cocktail hour and reception, the people (literally everyone that works there: AMAZING), the catering options (we chose A Taste of Excellence which we also HIGHLY recommend because wow), the whole experience. I am so beyond thrilled and couldn’t imagine my day anywhere else. I am so thankful for everyone there and had so much fun with them, they were some of my favorite people there. but seriously, I am so happy with my choice of Sun Valley and highly highly recommend!!!! Thank you Sun Valley for making our day so special

Fun, Energy, Great Vibes! 5.0 Stars: A Truly Amazing Venue! BOOK IT!! Heartland is a wonderful location for a wedding. The barn was beautifully decorated (not to mention the amount of other decorations they already had on-site was a great way to save money), and the rolling hills made a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and pictures (especially the photo-bombing alpacas). They were so incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the process. They made time to answer all of our questions and were incredibly accommodating by allowing us to take tours and re-visit as we started planning for our wedding. One of the biggest perks was having the venue for the entire weekend, which made setting up and enjoying our day that much easier. Everyone we've spoken to after the wedding have continued to say how beautiful the venue was and how it made for the absolute perfect wedding. I highly recommend Heartland to any bride looking for a beautiful wedding that's truly one-of-a-kind!

I have to first start this review by speaking about Maggie. When we decided to book a month/day of coordinator I’m not sure what we expected but Maggie was above and beyond anything we imagined. She was kind, so organized, and did so many behind the scenes things that I’m genuinely touched by her attention to detail and her effort on our wedding day. My husband and I felt like we were able to truly be present with our loved ones on our day because of Maggie and the Harper team, which was so important to us. She made our wedding vision come to life and I was blown away seeing everything put together that we planned for over a year. I knew after the first conversation my husband and I had with Maggie that she would be on top of everything on the big day and handle any issues that could arise. For as much as you plan, things pop up and you’re going to want to go with a person who can handle things with grace. That’s Maggie and the Harper team. As someone who wasn’t sure if a day of coordinator was necessary, after booking with Maggie - that decision was the best one we made. Every venue would be so lucky to have their own Maggie. About the Harper Event Venue itself- If lived in PA I would be annoyingly recommending them to my neighbors but the next best thing I can do is write this review and say that as an out of town bride I am beyond thankful we booked The Harper for our wedding. It was our dream venue, it has a beautiful outdoor area where we had the ceremony facing the pond and our pictures turned our gorgeous with the modern farmhouse style of the venue. We loved that it’s a “blank canvas” inside that we could create our own style which made the planning process more fun. Our guests were blown away by the venue, and I’m so happy we got married at The Harper. If you’re considering The Harper, don’t wait- book this venue asap! I wish we lived in PA so we could attend more weddings there!

My husband and I were married at Laplace in September 2020. It was perfect! They have bridal suites for getting ready and a few different options for ceremony and receptions depending on your style. I loved how easy everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. The set up was done for us. The clean up was done for us. We were able to pick and choose colors, decor, lighting, etc. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh which is different than other weddings I've attended. For a stress free wedding or any event, this is definitely the place to go!

The wedding packages were very inclusive, and everything ran like clockwork!

The Science Center made our wedding perfect! Vanessa and Tom were absolute rockstars and made the whole process very easy. Our venue was decorated beautifully with the decorations we provided, and we received endless compliments on the venue. The food was delicious and the CSC staff clearly put a lot of thought into the cookie table arrangement. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. They even allowed us to take some photos in the exhibit space, which was a ton of fun! I can't recommend the Science Center enough for any event.

We got married at the Sheraton on 9/7/24. We had the most amazing experience there. Everything was perfect and went off seamlessly. The food was AMAZING.
