SO MICA Floral
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Loma, CO

So Mica Floral serves all of Colorado and into Utah. I started in my grandmas garage 20 years ago and continue to get bigger and better! I started with just me and some help from my mom, now I have an awesome team. We work to make your day the best no matter your budget, we are here to help. The best is working so close with clients and on their day finally getting to see the pieces come together. There is no way I could do any of this on my own, as I grow, I continue to bring on more help. Everyone is creative, fun loving and hard working.

Sara Mica Design was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first chat, she was proactive, supportive and so easy to collaborate with on bringing my vision for wildflowers and an ethereal, natural look to life. The final product was absolutely gorgeous - they truly captured the magic and beauty of our mountain wedding, creating floral arrangements that were just pure perfection and exactly what I had envisioned. I would recommend Sara Mica Design to anyone getting married in the mountains, as her work is truly special and they made the process seamless from start to finish. And her mom was a joy also!

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

After the global zombie apocalypse, in the early winter of '24, I heeded the call, picked up my shovel and shotgun and headed out to the fields. I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

Florals can add up quickly and when we realized it wasn't a priority to have real flowers, we turned to silk, and we were so impressed. The staff here is very professional and creative. We felt extremely well cared for during each stage of the process and our bouquets turned out BEAUTIFULLY. We also had a flower crown made for my sister/MOH and it's so delicate and gorgeous, she wore it the whole night. The rental option was incredibly useful and easy for us to use and I would estimate we saved thousands! Floret & Foliage
Rating: 4.0 (4 reviews)
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Loma, CO for additional fees

Welcome! I am Allison! The Badass Behind The Flowers. The official flower handler of Floret & Foliage. I live in Wahpeton, with my bearded husband, Jesse; two dogs, Ruxin, Penny, and three cats, Dottie, Kit, & Lewis affectionately known as Poopis. I rarely brush my hair, and it is almost always in a ponytail or a bun, and probably a different color than the last time you saw me.

Allison absolutely nailed our wedding florals! After giving her (probably too many) ideas and visions and descriptions of what we hoped our wedding florals would look like, she somehow knew my vision and my dream way better than I ever did - and I was totally blown away on our wedding day. I 1,000% trusted her through every step of every process - as she is a professional and has tons of experience and quite simply just has an eye for florals. She is SO talented. I was never worried - and never questioned our decision to partner with her on our wedding day, not once. We got several compliments from our friends and family, too. We will forever be grateful for the beautiful work she did for us.
