The LEX 530 building was once the home of Pacemaker Trailer Co., one of the earliest RV companies in Elkhart. In the fall of 2018 owners Carl and Emilie Tiedemann took part of the building to create LEX 530. Our couples can count on our event director for dedication to making every event picture perfect. Our executive chef brings his incredible palate and creativity to everything he touches utilizing a licensed commercial kitchen to create anything from the perfect breakfast to an 5-course dinner using only the freshest ingredients around. LEX 530 specializes in offering unique boutique wines that our couples will not find any other place in Indiana. Carl makes his own line of boutique wines in Napa Valley and brings that wine back to Elkhart to sell at LEX 530. His numerous connections to small, independent winemakers in Napa, and around the world, allow LEX 530 access to exclusive wines. All of this will make your wedding stand out.

Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. From a business lunch to an elegant wedding and reception, the uniqueness of The Beiger Mansion provides an experience that can only be had here.

Hamilton Lake's Cold Springs evolved from a 1870 farm purchase by Simpson Watkins. By 1885, Watkins Grove hosted picnics, leading to a hotel (1898), dance hall, and early 1900s recreation. Cold Springs Cottage Park, platted in 1896, grew significantly, with a unique leasing system. Sundays featured bands and speakers. Visitors arrived by train. A larger hotel opened in 1914, and the dance hall became a central draw with live music. A beach area developed later. The hotel prospered through the 20th century, adding a bar and modernizing. An 18-hole golf course was built. Dancing remained popular with big bands, later transitioning to rock. Today, Cold Springs offers a hotel, dining, bar, beach, golf, cottages, and retro dances, still family-run after five generations.

The star venue of the St. Joe Farm destination is the stunning Event Barn. Dine and dance under the chandeliers and twinkling lights in air-conditioned comfort.
