“Lana (makeup) and Sira (hair) were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both talented, kind, and made me feel completely at ease on my wedding day. We did a trial beforehand and made a few tweaks that really helped fine-tune my final look. On the big day, I felt beautiful, and all the ladies in my family loved their looks too.
That said, the communication from the company itself could definitely be improved. Most everything was handled by email, and it often took several days to get a response. Planning a wedding from California and coordinating travel to Oregon, I had a trial that was rescheduled and had to adjust my travel plans—which was a bit stressful with limited communication. I often felt like I was the one following up repeatedly just to get basic confirmations.
In the end, I looked and felt great, thanks to Lana and Sira. I just wish the overall experience had felt a bit more organized and responsive.”
