Thanks for being here!! We are two creative, free-spirited, women-owned businesses who joined together to create this space for you to come in and be a part of. We specialize in event planning and photography services so we knew one day we had to create a space for other people to come in and host their events + photoshoots. We love meeting and celebrating you all who come our way and can't wait to see what you create in our space. Our goal is to make the process of hosting your event as easy as possible so you don't have to stress the small things. We take care of table, chair and linen set up and tear down so all you have to do is light cleaning before you leave! We are also one of the few venues in the area that have no catering requirements and we offer BYOB for beverages. Hosting your event with us is easy, we offer self check in to the venue so you have the space to yourself.

Our modern, beautifully designed venue offers over 3,000 sq. ft. of open space perfect for weddings of all sizes—up to 200 guests. We include tables, chairs, black or white linens, a caterer’s kitchen, elegant restrooms, Bluetooth stereo with mics, and a rolling bar. Custom pricing is based on your guest count, day of the week. All bookings include pre event cleaning. We require Day Of Event Insurance , A refundable damage deposit , licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. “We loved our experience at Brick & Ivey. We booked the top planning package which I do think made our experience even better. I love that the catering and bar are included in the package and made planning so much easier not having to bring those in. Also loved the flat pricing model that includes taxes and fees (thank you no surprise or hidden fees!). I loved that we could get there at 10am so we were able to get ready onsite, the guys arrived early and played pool. And our deciding factor was the afterparty on site. It was so wonderful that we could keep the party going. Shout out to my assigned planner Kari - she was a godsend! While I booked her services through Brick & Ivey's planner package, I was relieved to learn she was fully my wedding planner not a venue coordinator. She was always looking out of my best interest, offering ideas, assistance, and reassurance. I could not have stayed so calm and relaxed without her. She handled all the logistics coordination with my vendors making my life a breeze. She took great care of me and my whole family on wedding day. My mom and aunts want her to be part of the family now! I don't have enough kind words to say about working with Kari. Pros: -After party -In house bar & catering -No hidden fees -Planning package -Sweet & attentive staff -Optional planner package (a planner not a venue coordinator!) -Stunning venue with multiple spaces & vibes -Delicious food -Bridal suites (there's 2!) -Early / all day access Be Aware Of: -Pricey for super special cocktail request (Aperol spritz) (many specialty cocktails are included it just depends on your package) -Need to bring in tablecloths which can be a headache for set up (or price) depending on your vendors (wasn't because my planner & florist were amazing) My 2 things to be aware of (not even complaints just information). I would have loved to have an Aperol spritz in addition to our premium full bar package but the quoted rate for that was astronomical even though they just needed to add aperol to the package. We just went with standard "specialty cocktails" (Gin & tonic and old fashioned) which were included in the base package. We did have to provide lime juice, simple syrup, and bitters for the bar package as those were not included in the mixers list but that was easy and we took home the extras. My family is a cocktail family so we wanted to have our bases covered. They do not provide tablecloths and that was the only surprise for me in planning as I didn't have other event rentals I could have included linens through. I ended up doing a rental where I pick them up the day before and return them after. That worked great as the linens were pressed and hung and my florist and planner offered to place them for me. Some companies do come place them for you but that was over my budget. I would HIGHLY recommend Brick and Ivey to anyone planning a wedding. The venue was beautiful, great location, easy to access, and includes an afterparty! They made planning a breeze! I don't have enough wonderful things to say! Have your wedding here! You'll love it!”
