We offer space for approximately 450 guests for expos and conferences, about 300 guests for weddings and formal events, and for outdoor events and concerts we can accommodate over 600 guests. We have a variety of locations on the property available for your special events, in addition to the Barn. Our patios, views, and outdoor pavilion, in an idyllic setting – just outside the city limits, are the perfect backdrop for your wedding or special event. I’m originally from Port Hueneme, California and started my DJ career in 2002 renting DJ equipment to clubs, the radio station, and DJ’s in Ventura County. I left the area in 2004 working for the Navy. In 2006 I found my way to Washington, D.C. which is the #2 wedding market in the US where I started doing weddings. Immediately I fell in love with weddings as I enjoyed making each couples day special. In 2017 my wife and I decided that we wanted to be closer to family so we moved back to California in 2017. In 2024 we decided we missed the East coast and we landed in Jacksonville, NC. I bring wedding experience from working on both coasts.
