The tasting process was seamless and customizable, and there's so many amazing combinations to choose from. Our final cake was DEVINE, she even let us do two flavors (churro and berries with cream), and each were so delicious. We had so many guests compliment our amazing cake. When it came to the design, we had multiple communications back and forth until we refined the perfect look. And it was absolutely stunning. I know it was my own wedding cake, but it was truly the most beautiful one I've ever seen. On top of all that, her customer service was beyond exceptional. On the night of our wedding, my husband and I only got one bite of cake because we were so busy - the leftover cake was placed in our fridge. We took it home, excited to eat some leftovers while we packed for our honeymoon. Well, the next morning came around, we were on the plane to our honeymoon destination, and I realized I completely forgot about the cake!! I was devastated. I reached our to Gingerly Baked, who prepared a special tasting of our wedding cake flavors when we returned home from our honeymoon so we could actually enjoy our wedding cake. It was wonderful, and I am so appreciative to the team for their incredible work!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!”

“We got a small carrot cake, three types of cupcakes, and whoopie pies for our wedding and it was all phenomenal. Our guests were raving about the cupcakes. We had vegan and GF options for our guests and everything came labeled accordingly. We had such a good time at our tasting... We loved everything we tried so it was hard to narrow down what we wanted! Liz was communicative with us and we were able to pay through Venmo which was really convenient too.”

“Wow. Just WOW. Erin is an artist in the kitchen and a sweetheart in real life. I explained how our wedding was in an outdoor, gardeny setting and she took the theme and not just ran, but SPRINTED with it (teeny cupcakes served out of teacups?? Like, cmon now). Erin created the most gorgeous desserts I have ever seen in my life that were so exceptionally tasty as well. She is so fast to respond, so receptive and so amazingly talented. She is punctual and so reliable. Erin took inspiration from a picture of a bouquet I also sent my florist and made it come to life on our cupcakes. From afar, I thought she found real florals to decorate the desserts with or something. Only up close could you tell it was her carefully and gorgeously crafted work. Her broad menu and offer to take requests made it so easy to build a well rounded menu that my husband and I, and our guests will remember for a very long time. We wound up having cupcakes, mini donuts, various cheesecakes, crumb cake and a small cutting cake. I couldn’t choose a favorite and had leftovers to enjoy for nearly a whole week following our wedding. We love you, Erin!!! Thank you for being such a big part of our wedding day.”

“We cannot recommend Frosted Swirl enough! We used Frosted Swirl for our wedding for a small cutting cake, cupcakes, dessert bars and mini cheesecakes. They were such a hit! Our guests loved them and even took some to go! Valerie made the whole process easy and was friendly and responded quickly to my emails. She offers a sampling of the mini cupcakes for purchase in order to trial the flavors, which I thought was such a great idea (and they were delicious)! “It is truly an understatement to say I love cake. It is actually my weakness! So when I was searching for a bakery or baker to make my wedding cake, I really wanted to make sure I was not only going to love the look and taste of it but also choose someone that is actually passionate about it. I reached out to so many places and no one responded so kindly and promptly like Natasha. It is no doubt that her work is impeccable (what you see in pictures does not do justice to how even MORE beautiful it is in person), but her communication throughout the process and commitment to executing your vision is incomparable to other bakeries and bakers. I had a very intimate/small wedding (15 people), and other bakers made me feel like my event wasn't worth their time and effort to make, but Natasha was so sweet and kind - made me feel like she genuinely wanted to make our day special. I especially loved that she offered a cake tasting for us even though we were only ordering a small 2-Tier cake. Other bakers refused to do a tasting unless I was intending to spend over 700. All of the flavors she offered were SOOOOO good! It was tough to choose one but we are beyond satisfied with the berry shortcake flavor Everyone at my wedding was so impressed by the cake. So clean, chic and timeless. She truly executed my vision from just the one inspiration picture. Unfortunately I did not get any clear pictures of the cake due to the dim lighting in the restaurant . My guests were also amazed how moist and tasty it was too (make sure to follow her recommendation to serve cake at room temperature to enjoy at its full potential). You can really feel the love, time and effort she puts into her work!!! A TRUE TALENT. She was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing as well! I definitely plan to work with her again for future events”

“I sent Crystal this photo and I was a bit nervous at first about how they'd be able to make this happen but honestly I am so happy with how this came out it really was absolutely beautiful. I wasn't able to meet her in person with everything going on but she dropped it off for us on time and my coordinator was great in getting everything set up and presented. A few blueberries fell off during handling but considering how detailed and intricate the cake was I am so beyond thrilled at how this came out. I really don't often ask for perfection but with how this came out it's really right up there being perfect. If I find any better photos I will absolutely update this post with them. The venue itself was an absolute disaster but it was great having all those excessive blueberries everywhere it really made a mess and watching them clean it all up later was just fantastic. I'm not even sure if it's on their regular menu but I asked them to do a lemon cake with a blueberry compote inside (I have no idea what that means but my now wife had me asking for that) and the flavors and taste of the cake were just beyond extraordinary. They also made and brought a smaller mint chocolate cake to accommodate some allergies we had in the family and one bite my breath was smelling good all night! Thank you so much for everything I will definitely have you guys doing more in the future!”

“Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. “Going with The Naked Cupcake for our wedding day was a no-brainer. We compared several different places and none of them hit the mark like The Naked Cupcake did. To start, they offer the option of a virtual consultation for the tasting, which makes it super easy and convenient for busy people like my husband and I. You get to pick out 4 different combinations to taste for cupcakes, pick them up, and then schedule a virtual consultation that works for your schedule. After that, it was smooth sailing. I told Alison exactly what I was looking for and she delivered! She was so easy to talk to, flexible to get us what we wanted, and quick! Plus, she was very on top of things making sure our venue got their insurance, communicating with our wedding planner, etc. My husband and I were so happy we went with them. We loved our wedding cake, all the flavors from the tasting were so good we went with pretty much all of them, and they were so kind to leave us a sweet handwritten card with a mini cake for my husband and I to take home (we decided to freeze it and have it on our one year anniversary :)). “Kaly is AMAZING! She created our dream wedding cake and delivered it to our venue with no issues. She was so efficient in the planning process and was able to incorporate a cake topper I had gotten. The flavor of our cake was lemon raspberry and it tasted amazing. Our cake was huge and was at our outdoor wedding on a hot day in June but had no issues with melting or tilting! Can’t reccomend her enough!!”
