Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. Packages are sized for 50-300 guests with 1-2 attendants, 2-3 hours of service and full setup/clean up. We style the display to your palette and can also provide pre-set dessert tables, tiered cake pop cakes or individually wrapped favors.
