It really made a difference that he took the time to learn about the flow of the wedding and our musical preferences. On the wedding day, he made sure everything was ready before our guests arrived by coming early to set things up. He even had backup music ready in case the musicians had to cancel due to inclement weather. He even mic'd our officiant for the ceremony. The music choice for the reception flowed naturally from our wedding through cocktail hour and into the evening. He supplied excellent uplighting, which really improved the dance party's ambiance. They dressed appropriately for our wedding theme and many of the guests at the Hawthorne Hotel wanted to take pictures with Karlea in her Twenties attire. In addition to being a wonderful experience, they were also a great value for the price. These are top quality musicians and we paid a reasonable price for the band. “Mike handled everything!!!!! He was such a great communicator figuring out the exact music I wanted for our wedding. And his timing with the music was perfect!!!! I was even able to share a Spotify playlist with him. He also MC’d the wedding announcing everything through the night, and even touched based with us through the night. Also we had a little rain before the wedding after he setup. He handled it like a boss covered up his stuff, then a little rain during the wedding and again handles it without skipping a beat! Mike kept the music going all night and really read the room for the perfect music! He was so professional and a really nice guy!”
