“Food was one of the things I cared most about getting right for our wedding. I love to cook, and for me, cooking for family and friends has always been one of the ways I show people I love them. There's something special about putting time, thought, and care into a meal and getting to share it with the people who matter most. So when it came to choosing our caterer, the food had to be more than just good. It had to mean something. Chef Tessa absolutely delivered. Our tasting was wonderful. Tessa welcomed us into her home, and we got to try so many incredible dishes. Picking our menu turned out to be surprisingly difficult, but not because anything missed the mark. Quite the opposite. We wanted everything. Narrowing down the options was less about deciding what we liked and more about accepting that we couldn't serve the entire menu at our wedding.
