The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. In my opinion, a DJ can make or break the experience for your guests. Niko made the experience a blast for us and for our guests, start to finish! We had just under 100 guests, very much a mix of older folks who didn't interact with the dance floor much, and friends who were on the dance floor all night. Niko did a perfect job of playing exactly what we wanted, and reading the crowd to adjust the vibe and keep the energy going. I'll never forget ending the night on a high note with Pink Pony Club and a circle of our closest friends dancing to the very end with us. He also did great with the transitions and announcements throughout the night and kept our night running smoothly. Niko has the whole planning process very well organized with consultation meetings and playlist brainstorming. His communication was professional, warm, inclusive, and organized. “We always ranked the music as the number one priority for our wedding, and we’re so glad we entrusted David Rothstein Band to bring our party to life. Planning a wedding during Covid had many challenges, including not being able to see the band live, but thankfully, David has so many live videos available where we can see the entertainment his band delivers day in and day out. Those videos, along with David’s passion for his work, made us confident to chose his team to make our day special. For our wedding, we had a classical duo during the ceremony, a pianist during cocktail hour, a jazz trio during dinner, and an incomparable 10 piece orchestra to dance the night away. From the first note to the final encore, we were BLOWN AWAY with the talent and energy that the band brought. We had a few special requests for the night - from a unique arrangement for our ceremony processional to a mashup of New York songs during the reception - and David’s team was beyond accommodating. We had dancing for 3 hours straight and not once did anyone leave the floor - the band was able to feel the energy in the room and chose the right song for the moment. I stumbled across the ingoing setlist after the party and was actually surprised to see that the band didn’t even stick to the songs they had picked - a sign that they adjusted based on what the crowd was loving.
