Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

The Orthodox Friends (Quakers) built the Red Brick Meeting House in 1836 and continued to use the facility for social meetings until early 2023. The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Originally constructed in 1859 from handmade bricks, this timeless chapel has laid witness to countless partners taking their first steps as a married couple. This venue is a private, member-run social club, located in historic Glendale. It was founded in 1883 to promote higher education and literacy, musical and social entertainment for its members. The Glendale Lyceum can accommodate up to 250 guests. Our elegant grounds offer various set up options for your special day. With both indoor and outdoor ceremony options, you can choose the perfect space to match your vision. Services Offered: Glendale Lyceum partners with All Occasions Rentals to provide you with endless linen and decor options for your day. We provide you with a Required Caterer List for you to choose from. Snow Hill brings rustic charm with loads of history. Our main ballroom is stunning with a beautiful wooden dance floor and fire place on one side and panoramic views overlooking the golf course on the opposite side. This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

Our venue began in 1928. The historic building was home to The Mt. Lookout Theater. People have been entertained in the space for generations. In 2007 we gave the entire interior fresh start choosing to bring the space back to it's original open layout with a nod to it's Art Deco past. The exterior is mostly original and having your name in lights and our marquis is a timeless photo opportunity and great first impression when your guests arrive.
