With 20 years of experience, we put the wow in your event. Our planners see to every event detail including the night of your wedding. Our Grand Ballroom takes you back in time with special effect lighting, a massive antique bar, incredibly large dance floor and elevated stage holding up to 500 guests. Our Ambassador Room is so unique it stands alone in the Tri state. With elegant columns, a large bar, sunken dance floor, and special effect lighting on the dance floor for up to 300 guests. Your rehearsal dinner is the kickoff party to an incredible wedding. We have 3 private rooms with great food and décor. Our chef provides tastings for you to select the perfect menu. We include all of the extras without any surprises!

Grand Ballroom

One of the largest ballrooms in Greater Cincinnati , this space is considered the flagship of the Newport Syndicate. Decorated in a breathtaking pastel theme, the Grand Ballroom is the perfect setting for 200-400 guests for any occasion. It has built in screens perfect for your wedding slide shows or business meeting presentations. The space also features a large stage for bands, a stunning antique bar overlooking a huge hardwood dance floor.

The Ambassador Room

The Ambassador Room is an intimate setting decorated with a touch of Art Deco flair. Gold accents and a customizable dance floor ceiling make this a great space for a party. The room features a built-in surround system with McFadden Music, a recessed marble sunken dance floor , pin spot lighting, and a private VIP room. This space plays host to the area's most high energy casino parties, receptions and social events. Perfect for gatherings for 100-300 guests.

The Flamingo Room

The Flamingo Room accommodates up to 100 guests. The south wall of this space can be “opened up” for a spectacular view of our Grand Ballroom to add additional seating, or closed for a private event. Adjacent to our garden and accented by an antique stained glass dome the Flamingo Room is perfect for cocktails, a wedding ceremony or corporate meeting.
