I was happily planning my own wedding with the help of a friend, and it gradually dawned on me that I didn't want either of us running around with a clipboard directing the details and dealing with minor crises on my actual wedding day. So I found someone to be my "day-of" coordinator with just a month till the wedding. Then after 2 weeks, she canceled because of illness. We were really down to the last minute, and Pomai saved the day! She took the time to meet with my team of three (talking all at once) and immediately lifted our load by taking on all the tasks of decor and direction, and she brought three helpers for serving and cleanup on my wedding day, who were just as competent and friendly as she was, for a reasonable price. McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.

Alex was extremely easy to work with and her team was even. Easier to work with. She made sure that our vendors had all the info they needed. When one vendor was eating with our guests inappropriately, she documented that for me to help with getting a refund. She made sure that our vendors also got food too. The way that her team moved efficiently to set up the event was amazing and they were thorough enough to make sure that we didn't get a cleaning invoice. Something that apparently always happens at our venue.

So many guests came up to me to say how incredible she was. Bell Bridal Co. was more than a planner, she was my biggest support system, my problem-solver, and my calm in the chaos. And yet somehow it was always cohesive, nothing was ever missed! Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!
