“Okay, first off, as the bride, when I came down stairs and heard from a bridesmaid that there might have been trouble with the flowers that morning because of an issue during transportation, I obviously got a tad worried. But I have to say, even knowing that we lost some flowers, I could not tell. The florals were exactly as I pictured based on my inspo pics (honestly better having finally seen everything all together). And Arianna was spectacular at making everything appear seamless and beautiful despite any hiccups that morning. You can't ask for anything better in your vendors than the ability to stay calm under less-than-ideal circumstances, adapt, and STILL execute the vision perfectly. Truly, I could not have picked a better florist. “I was so impressed with The Faux Bouquets for our wedding! Brittany, the owner, was incredibly quick to respond, thorough in her communication, and had such a friendly and fun personality. She really went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect faux floral arrangements for our big day. “When I began my search for a florist, I knew what type of style and colors I was looking for but I was worried about my budget and for the vision to be captured in that. I spoke to a couple florists who were dismissive and unhelpful. I contacted Lonnie and Monica after finding them on Zola and Lonnie was so informative and personable and helped me understand costs and how to make your vision work in your budget! He answered all my questions and every time we talked, he helped me so much. I was the bride and the coordinator and I was learning the wedding planning process, and Lonnie helped me through all of it. Lonnie and Monica were incredibly flexible and available when I needed to get a question answered. They went above and beyond with the communication, dedication and kindness. What made it so special was how collaborative and personal the entire process was for us. My daughter lives far away, so wedding planning was by zoom. Karen listened, offered creative ideas, and worked with us on every detail to create a setting that was truly romantic and enchanting. Every arrangement had its own character and completely different from the traditional wedding florals you see so often. What meant the most was hearing guests talk about the flowers long after the ceremony was over.
