Outside there's a large carport with a landscaped rock garden & fountain. There is also an outdoor patio with a white arbor for ceremonies, & in 2020 the stunning Three Seasons Covered Chapel was added! Services Offered: Make your wedding vision a reality with the many packages available to meet your needs & budget! You can customize your wedding package with linens, chair covers, centerpieces, drapery & more. Cuisine: The on-site kitchen provides food for every event, along with bar service. The Loft at J Studio provides a customized full-service event space for a variety of social events. The venue is perfect for weddings and intimate functions. The Loft at J Studio is located in the heart of metro Detroit. The venue is versatile and functional and clients have control over every detail of their event at The Loft. Every celebration feels intimate as the space is customized to match the exact vision and needs of the client.

At Joy Manor we have 4 different ballrooms, each with their own style. You can choose which ballroom fits what you are looking for for your event. We offer many different menus ranging from Athletic Menus through Wedding Packages. We also allow people to rent and bring in their own food as well. At Joy Manor we aim to make everyone feel special and have the most amazing event possible.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The restaurant seats 100 people in the Main Dining room near an open bar with exotic granite and bar stools, bar booths, and regular height Dining tables. Accommodations are available for special events. The Moroccan-style dining room features 6 booths, dining tables, and a private VIP-style Mediterranean seating area which seats up to 15 people. This room can accommodate up to 100 people.

Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. The warming kitchen is perfect for catered meals and the high ceilings and numerous windows create a light and airy venue for any event.
