“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality, I felt like they truly deserved one. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. Overall, we had a really great experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality. If you’re planning a wedding, birthday, corporate event, private dinner, or any special occasion and want a team that cares about the details, provides great food, and treats your guests well, I would definitely recommend them. “Review from mother of the groom: I recently (Feb. 2024) used Catering Cart for a rehearsal dinner. Our experience throughout the process (planning to event) was great. Tara and I emailed many times during the planning stage and she always responded timely and answered MANY questions to get every detail just right. The night of the event went so smoothly. The staff (Amanda, Brandi, Daniel and Levi) showed up on time, were professional and kept us on schedule for the night. At one point we (myself and the staff) realized the flow of the night would go a little smoother if we made a few changes and they were happy to accommodate. Many guests commented on how good the food was (Mexican theme buffet). I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would definitely use Catering Cart again!”

The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. Overall,Glad Mouf exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for ANY special event. We'll definitely be using them again for future gatherings!”

“The food from Southern Fig was incredible! Everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The menu was delicious, beautifully presented, and accommodating of our guests’ needs. I forgot about an aunt who had a gluten allergy and emailed Craig just hours before the wedding, and he was able to make a separate plate at very late notice. We’re still hearing compliments about the meal and the grazing table! Such a showstopper and crowd favorite. Craig did so much work and made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them.
