A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

Rustic Memories is a countryside wedding venue near Sparta, Wisconsin, offering couples more than just a place to celebrate. Our 2026 barn accommodates up to 180 guests, with plans to expand total capacity to up to 299 guests in 2027 using additional lower-level seating near our bar. Our $6,500 Standard Wedding Package includes wedding-day venue access, professional DJ, photo booth, full venue staff, tables and chairs, ceremony and reception spaces, getting-ready areas, cleanup, and free use of our available décor. Our $9,500 Full Weekend Package includes everything in the Standard Package plus Friday–Sunday access, on-site Airbnb accommodations for up to 16 guests, rehearsal and decorating time, and free camper campsites. We also feature a staffed full-service licensed bar, outdoor ceremony space with church pews, indoor and outdoor photo areas, Bridal Suite, Groom’s Den, lodging, camping, and a hands-on team dedicated to making your wedding weekend feel personal.
