About this venue

Rustic Memories is a countryside wedding venue near Sparta, Wisconsin, offering couples more than just a place to celebrate. Our 2026 barn accommodates up to 180 guests, with plans to expand total capacity to up to 299 guests in 2027 using additional lower-level seating near our bar. Our $6,500 Standard Wedding Package includes wedding-day venue access, professional DJ, photo booth, full venue staff, tables and chairs, ceremony and reception spaces, getting-ready areas, cleanup, and free use of our available décor. Our $9,500 Full Weekend Package includes everything in the Standard Package plus Friday–Sunday access, on-site Airbnb accommodations for up to 16 guests, rehearsal and decorating time, and free camper campsites. We also feature a staffed full-service licensed bar, outdoor ceremony space with church pews, indoor and outdoor photo areas, Bridal Suite, Groom’s Den, lodging, camping, and a hands-on team dedicated to making your wedding weekend feel personal.

Upstairs Barn Reception

A soaring arched barn under chandeliers, Edison bulbs and string lights.

Our upstairs barn is the heart of a Rustic Memories wedding. The original arched ceiling runs the full length of the room, lit by chandeliers, Edison bulbs and string lights, with reclaimed wood floors underfoot and tall draped windows at the far end. There is room for long farmhouse tables, a full dance floor and a bar, so dinner and dancing happen in the same space without anyone having to move. Tables, chairs and our decor inventory are included, and our staff handles setup and cleanup.

Yes. We have free on-site parking right on the property with plenty of room for your guests. There is no valet and no parking fee. Guests are also welcome to leave a vehicle overnight and pick it up the next day.
All alcohol is served through our licensed on-site bar, so outside alcohol isn't permitted. Our own staff handles bar service, which means you don't need to hire bartenders or coordinate an outside bar company. We offer both cash bar and open bar options, and beverage packages are quoted separately based on what you'd like served and how long you'd like the bar open.
Yes. Our property is wheelchair accessible throughout, including our barn reception space, ceremony area, bar and guest bathrooms. We want every guest at your wedding to be able to move through the day comfortably, so if you have guests with specific mobility needs, let us know ahead of time and we'll walk you through the layout and help plan seating and access.
Our wedding season runs May through October, which is peak season here in western Wisconsin. Late summer and early fall book the fastest, when the countryside around Sparta is at its best for outdoor ceremonies and photos. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out early and we'll let you know what's still open.
We don't have an off-peak rate, because our wedding season runs May through October and every date is priced the same. The venue closes for the season on November 1. If you're interested in a date outside those months, reach out and we'll let you know whether it's something we can accommodate.
