The Banquet Hall at Retreat Sportsman’s Club is a spacious, open-layout facility designed to accommodate everything from small family gatherings to large multi-day weddings.

Single-day rental options are available for short events, while wedding packages offer multi-day access (Wednesday through Sunday) to give ample time for setup, decorating, and cleanup. You can hire any licensed external catering company or prepare and store your own food on-site using the fully equipped prep kitchen.

The interior floor space spans $75\text{ ft} \times 60\text{ ft}$, offering $4,500\text{ sq ft}$ of open area for dining, dancing, and reception layouts.
Comfortably seats up to 300+ guests depending on table arrangement and head table positioning.
The club provides 40 Lifetime tables along with 300 banquet chairs. A 25-foot built-in bar with 12 bar stools is also available on-site.
Wedding rentals include extended access starting the Wednesday before the event through Sunday. This gives families multi-day flexibility for decorating, table configuration, rehearsal, and post-wedding teardown.
