We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. 130 person capacity. We do require a 25% deposit to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan.
