Timeless charm and elegance await at The Gilmore, Gilmore Catering's newest event venue. With a fusion of art deco and mid-century modern designs, this venue will elevate any event to new heights. The Gilmore houses two unique event spaces, the Mercury Room and the Grand Luxe Ballroom, as well as an outdoor ceremony space, the Garden Terrace. When hosting your ceremony on site, you'll also have access to our brand-new bridal suite, complete with four hair and makeup stations, an oversized mirror, private restroom, and lounge furniture. Catering and bar services are provided in-house exclusively by West Michigan's premier catering and bar service, Gilmore Catering. With an array of food and beverage options to choose from, your guests will be artfully entertained with a culinary experience like no other. Choose from buffet, plated, family style or strolling dinner stations. Let our team create a custom bar menu that's sure to dazzle your guests and satisfy their palette.

Yes, we have plenty of spaces for your guests. Valet Parking can be requested through our partner vendors if desired for a fee.
Your reservation includes six (6) hours from guest arrival to event conclusion. Setup is guaranteed at noon the day of the event, events must conclude no later than 11:30pm and clean up must be completed no later than one hour after the event concludes.
Our venue comes fully insured.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, and glassware.
Yes, our Grand Luxe Ballroom is wheelchair accessible. We also have a ramp at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff. Our Garden Terrace is accessible by stairs or our paved pathway.
January-April
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 120 days of your booked date, cancellation fees apply on at a tiered rate based on estimated food and beverage costs at the time of notice.
