We started Blend after falling in love at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon graduating, we trekked across the country to work tireless hours under envelope-pushing chefs in Napa Valley and San Francisco. We are happy to now call the Greater Reno-Tahoe area our home, as this region is brimming with culinary possibilities and evolving in exciting ways.

Bellissimo Catering is a local female owned and operated company. Recently nominated as BEST OF SACRAMENTO 2023. We are long lived residents of Elk Grove and genuinely care for our community. We have been an official company since 2018. Husband & wife duo. Spencer is your chef. Emily is your planner, designer & kitchen hand. We both grew up in the Auburn, CA area, but met in San Francisco in 2012. Spencer has loved food and the way it brings people together since he was a little kid, helping his mom in the kitchen. Spencer’s first kitchen job was at a french restaurant (Le Bilig Kitchen) in Auburn! Spencer is a classically trained chef and went to culinary school in Upstate New York, at the Culinary Institute of America.

In 2002 Matt and Yvette opened their first restaurant, The Supper Club. Since then, the Supper Club restaurant has brought people together to celebrate delicious cuisine. Weekend dinners enjoy a prix-fixe, seven-course menu that is skillfully paired with splendid wine. Guests are delighted with artfully presented courses in menus that are often playful, even though Matt, the head chef, is always serious about food. From the kitchen to the office, members of the Supper Club team have one thing in common: passion for delicious food and flawless events.
