With extensive experience collaborating with numerous bands and artists, I am adept at tailoring musical arrangements to meet the specific requirements of events. Whether it’s a live performance or a captivating solo set accompanied by loops and beats, I can create an ambiance that enhances the atmosphere for cocktail hours, receptions, product presentations, etc. Should you have specific song requests, I am more than happy to accommodate them and ensure their seamless integration into your event’s musical landscape.

After fifteen years in theatre and television production, Kate O’Donnell Diaz discovered a love for planning events but wanted to do so with a different approach from what other planners were taking. Kate desired to help couples cultivate weddings that truly reflected them and not just what bridal magazines, their future mother-in-law or high school frenemy said they just HAD to do. The literal and financial waste she witnessed going into weddings because of something “someone” said the couple HAD to have made Kate feel incredibly uncomfortable. Kate saw a need for a more eco-friendly approach to event planning.

I like to find beauty in the balance between the shadows and the light. They are rarely inseparable. They are complex and totally opposite and yet they can not live without the other.
