Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. Located in a beautiful historic 1923 bank building, it features marble columns and floors, bank vaults, stone walls, large arched windows under an intricate decorative plaster work ceiling with magnificent crystal chandeliers. This stunning historic building was built in 1923 as the Pearl Street Savings & Trust Bank, which was designed by the famous architects Hubbell and Benes, who also designed the Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market, City Club, Masonic Temple and other famous historic buildings. The first floor of the Ariel Pearl Center has been converted to a beautiful event center which includes the Grand Hall with Rotunda and Vault, Cocktail Room, and Fireplace Room.

Chauncey and Cleopatra Case settled in Hudson in 1814 and the Case Barlow Farm was a family run farm until 1995. We are a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the farm and engaging the community to learn about and enjoy the farm. Our venue consists of 4.2 acre grounds and a large "Big Red" restored bank barn. We've installed a beautiful new floor, modern restrooms and a catering area. The farmhouse was built in 1831 and is available for the bridal party to use prior to the event. 100 gold Chiavari chairs with cushions and 15 5 foot round tables are include in the rental fee. We are building a 5' wide brick walkway up the the barn entrance with a patio and firepit for a great outdoor experience. Our Gardens, Orchard and outbuildings present great photo opportunities. We're available to tour the facilities

Woodland Estate is an historic mansion built at the turn of the century with all of the opulence and luxury of the early 1900's. A unique and remarkable venue that brings romance, whimsy, enchantment and decadence to any event. Your guests will marvel at the details of the hand carved marble fireplace, imported Italian checkered marble floors, stunning staircase and sparkling leaded crystal chandeliers. The newly added ballroom allows for weddings for up to 400 guests. With its vaulted ceilings and walls of windows & french doors it allows your party to experience the the beauty of the 27 acres of rolling fields to one side, woods to the other and coming soon... a vineyard!

The Watson-Curtze Mansion is simply the most elegant and elevated wedding venue in northwest Pennsylvania. If you are looking for a truly unique venue that will wow your guests and create lasting memories, we invite you to take a tour. The mansion offers a nice balance of both indoor and outdoor space in true old world splendor. Our mansion would cost upwards of $50K to rent in the coastal cities, but we are proud to offer it an extremely affordable rate that will fit nearly every budget.
