There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Winners of "Best in Show" and "Best Entrée" at Taste of Western Lancaster County 2025 for our brisket, pulled pork and peach cobbler!

Basilico Boards was created out of my love for food, my years of experience in the industry, including owning a pizzeria alongside my husband for five years, and wanting to connect & serve people throughout Central Pennsylvania.

I am second generation catering company. Everything I know I learned working side by side with my father day in and out. I hope to do the same with my children one day. I truly love my job, on wedding days you can find me sobbing in the back as the happy couple says "I do". It is truly rewarding to be able to watch my clients commit to one another on a daily basis.
