We had a relatively short engagement (about 8 months) and shopped for venues for a good while before deciding on Sunset Oaks. They try are the best for your money, so hands on and they are so transparent about their pricing and what they offer! Their decor closet is extensive! They had so much you can borrow for your big day for free and it was all actually cute/current things. The venue itself is beautiful not too rustic or modern a perfect canvas to hold your wedding day! We loved working with Coby she was so proactive and helpful and the big day went off perfectly.

From the moment we walked into Sunago Bell, we knew it was special. The view of Denton's courthouse and downtown was spectacular. Who knew? Kamryn was so knowledgeable and really assisted us throughout the planning process. Even the last minute change to include a micro wedding ceremony didn't cause any additional stress. We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

We loved the Pittman Kimpton as a wedding ceremony and reception space. Our guests raved about the quality of food and their experience in the hotel. The space was gorgeous and the answer was somehow always "yes" when we made requests. We had a little trouble upfront with the billing process and understanding the process of planning with them but the coordinator was always responsive to emails. We would absolutely recommend it to other couples.

We used Pegasus City Brewery as our welcome party. The iconic Dallas Pegasus was great icon for the out of town guests. I cannot speak more highly of the staff, these are sweet, helpful, patient, and happy people. Partner with this type of team! We made our own cups the size of their standard drink and they were able to use for the event. There’s a pool table, Photo Booth, and plenty of tables. We were super happy with our event and thank the Pegasus Brewery Team!

When my (now) husband and I were looking for a wedding venue, we knew we wanted to get married at ZaZa the second we stepped through the door. Half of it is the stunning, unique, and funky ambiance, but the more significant part is because of the staff. Every aspect of the hotel is staffed with the most lovely and hospitable people: getting out of the car to the amazing valet team, being greeted in the lobby, getting met with phenomenal service in the restaurant, and finding water in your car when you get your keys to leave. We knew immediately that we wanted to share this hotel with everyone we love. To us, ZaZa is so much more than a hotel; it is our favorite and most special place in the city. Working with Samara to plan our wedding was a dream. The things she and ZaZa was happy to do made everything magical, and made every aspect and every cent so worth it. We exchanged an absurd number of emails; came to the hotel for an insane number of walk throughs, tastings, and meetings; and the way she showed up and prepared for the wedding weekend itself was unmatched. I have spoken to my other friends who were married at hotels in the last year, and they were in complete shock at the attention and treatment we received. I am very type A, and Samara took every email and crazy idea in stride. Not only that, but each time I stepped foot in the hotel over the last year, I was greeted by her sweet smile and a dirty martini. She truly made us feel like royalty. I can’t even compile all of the things she did for us that allow us to make our [at times] haphazard vision a reality. She helped us numerous times sort through the various options the hotel offers (between food, alcohol, venue space, etc) – providing insight and support when we were stumped. She met with me, my family, wedding planner, and vendors countless times always bringing positivity and ideas. Frankly, Samara was like having an additional wedding planner with how much she helped me. I know that the wedding would not have been as magical and smooth without her. To say she went above and beyond would be the understatement of the century. Not to mention, the hotel also provided the dance floor/uplighting/linens/votives/bars/napkins…the list goes on. We were able to have a wedding so much grander than we ever expected because ZaZa ensured we were covered in every area and did not have to rent. The weekend of our wedding, every single employee of the hotel made us and all of our guests feel so welcomed and special. We have been hearing our family and friends rave about the service from the moment of entrance until the very end. I will recommend ZaZa to anyone who will listen. Even now, a year after our wedding, the staff goes out of their way to love on us. My husband and I came in last weekend for our one year anniversary; our room had champagne, wedding photos, and a bouquet of roses. The staff made sure we knew we still are and always will be part of the ZaZa family.

The space itself is absolutely beautiful and unique - the plants/greenery throughout and industrial-chic decor created such a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Rachel and Pepi did a phenomenal job as wedding coordinators. They helped us out through the process of booking with them and making sure we got the wedding we wanted within our budget. The moment my now husband and I walked into the venue, we knew that this is where we wanted to have our wedding. The inside rooms are beautiful and spacious. The outside garden and gazebo is like something out of a fairytale. The food was incredible the night of my wedding and the staff brought the plates to us even though we had a buffet. I thought that was a nice touch especially since we were on our feet all day. The venue is very well maintained as well.

They were so accommodating and easy to work with. We originally planned on just using the park for both ceremony and reception, but wound up using the brand new Venue 1842 as well. Everything was beautiful. Our wedding was in October and we had gorgeous scenery all around us. Flowers in bloom, butterflies flying past. There's so much space and lots of options for ceremony spots. We had three locations we considered depending on the weather. For getting ready, I used the Dodson House, which also served as sort of a home base for family prior to the ceremony. We used the chapel to exit from to the ceremony and also retreated there immediately after. It has a small bathroom which is very convenient for a quick potty break right after the ceremony and before photos. There was plenty of parking for guests. It's a park, which means that people may show up to just use the park, but I think I only saw one person who wasn't a guest from a distance- it's plenty big enough for regular park goers to enjoy themselves while still allowing for some wedding privacy.
