We are a BYOB Venue. The bar services cover a minimum of one bartender and one security officer. The bartender handles bar setup, bar service throughout the evening, cleanup, and repackages any unopened alcohol to be sent home. Cross Creek Ranch will supply wine glasses and champagne flutes as well as lemons, limes, beverage napkins and ice. If you have decided to add liquor service onto the bar charge, Cross Creek Ranch will also supply basic mixers. This includes: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Club Soda, Tonic, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice and Orange Juice,

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side entrances and ramps available for use at the outdoor ceremony site and the dressing cabins.

How many hours are included in our booking?

All rentals start with 8 hours of rental time. Additional time is added when the ceremony service is added on and clients can add additional prep time, event time, and teardown if needed. Our reception services include almost all setup and cleanup for the event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

What does the Ceremony Addition Cover?

CCR currently has 3 ceremony sites. Choose from our waterfront arbor, our outdoor open sided pavilion, or front of our wood burning fireplace fully indoors. Chapel addition coming Spring 2026. The ceremony charge also includes: • Use of dressing rooms for wedding party • 3 hours for bridal party prep • Complimentary 1 hour rehearsal • 1 hour added to rental for ceremony • White garden chairs setup at chosen ceremony site • Wedding Coordinator • Centerpieces can decorate ceremony walkway and then used as guest table centerpieces if a transferrable piece is chosen; staff will handle moving

Do we need to get insurance?

Our venue is fully insured, however, client's are required to purchase event insurance to cover vendors that do not have their own liability insurance policy. All vendors on our preferred vendors list have the proper insurances.
