Welcome to The Pearl at Sabine Creek Wedding and Event Venue, nestled within 8 acres of beautiful and natural surroundings in Royse City, Texas. We host weddings Friday through Sundays. We are thrilled to offer you a mansion style wedding venue and reception site along with our air conditioned/heated Pearl Chapel to serve the DFW region.     Amazing Venue!

    The Pearl At Sabine Creek is not just any venue—it's a family-owned business that truly cares about making your day special. From our first conversation, the team responded quickly and knew exactly what we needed, making the planning process smooth and straightforward. They went above and beyond at every turn, helping us bring our vision to life without pushing unnecessary extras on us. The space itself is stunning, with clean lines and a classic design that meant we didn't need to load it up with decorations. We felt like we had a real relationship with the owners, not just a transaction, and that made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding.

    The Pearl

    The Pearl At Sabine Creek was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful, direct and forward in their communication, making the planning process seamless. On the day of, they were attentive and considerate, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is truly elegant, formal and gorgeous, with beautiful decor and an overall sense of sophistication. We were blown away by the quality of their work and the exceptional value they provided. Our guests are still raving about how amazing our special day was. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!

    Highly Recommend The Pearl

    We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

The Pearl books according to availability; so if your preferred date is open, you may reserve it on a first come, first serve basis. Keep in mind that most venues, including The Pearl, fill up well in advance (12-16 months).
The Pearl provides you with three beautiful and comfortable suites. The Bridal Suite with private restroom, The Grooms Suite with private restroom, and a Family Suite. Rooms are available as early as 9am on the day of your event. Reception hall has men and women restrooms for your guests.
The Pearl will create our floor plan designs. After we receive your final numbers we will create a layout of The Pearl that allows you the most space. We will consult with you to customize your seating and table arrangements however you see fit. Your design will be finalized at least two weeks prior to your event.
Although alcohol and bar service is NOT provided, we do provide the use of a bar at our venue. You may purchase the alcohol at your cost, but you must have a TABC Certified and Insured Bartender if you choose to serve alcohol at your event. TABC Bartenders must serve all alcohol from behind the bar.
A Security officer is required if alcohol is served at your event. You will be responsible for paying the officer at the rate of $40 per hour for the length of the event beginning at Cocktail hour, plus one hour. The Pearl will schedule a Royse City or Rockwall County Sheriffs officer to provide this service. You will pay him directly by check or cash.
You will have exclusive access to the property and grounds for up to sixteen hours (which includes set-up and tear-down time). The venue can be accessed from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If additional hours are requested, a $250.00/hr charge will be incurred.
