To-be-weds are guaranteed complete privacy at The Waters as the site adheres to a strict one-event-per-day policy. Overall, the venue is big enough to welcome 300 guests, ideal for both intimate and extravagant gatherings. We have a gazebo, arbors, pond, willow trees, waterfalls, gardens and open fields. The barn can hold up to 300 or have the barn and a tent combo to hold more! Old meets new in our gorgeous historic venue. Built as the Kenosha National Bank in 1928, the main floor hosts a beautiful skylight, ornate ceiling and stunning chandelier. The marble staircase takes you to the lower level where you can see the vault, enjoy cocktail hours, take photos and more!

The Ludlow Mansion is steeped in history from the early beginning as a homestead of a 3,000 acre farm and a stop on the underground railroad, to today as a preeminent regional gathering place for great events. Five suites are available for overnight accommodations and access for photos and videos can be obtained in this historic homestead. The Mansion's grounds invite guests to enjoy friends and family under the shadow of its four two-story columned porch or its great white pergola. The Saddle Room bar offers both a comfortable lounge around its famous sunken bar or a patio chair to watch the sunset over the Mansion grounds. Extensive indoor spaces include a cavernous Carriage Hall which allows for a fabulous ceremony space with three giant chandeliers and can be converted dance central with party lights for the perfect late night experience. Lastly, the great Parlor Hall provides a perfect space to dine and celebrate with its many large windows with country views.

Ye Olde Manor House Bed & Breakfast is an idyllic setting for intimate weddings and receptions. Our three landscaped acres are surrounded by cottage gardens. Our koi pond with its waterfall, our belvedere flanked by cottage flowers, and our spacious back yard surrounded by stately evergreens, provide beautiful backdrops for outdoor weddings. Our oversized fireplace with its wide hearth provides a perfect spot for an intimate indoor wedding. Guests can book the Manor House with or without the inclusion of overnight accommodation for up to 20 people. Guests are welcome to use their own catering services.
