The form that they use to collect info on how we wanted the proceedings to go not only built our confidence that there wouldn't be any misunderstandings, but it also was a very helpful tool for our own planning process in building up our itinerary. We didn't have a grand vision for our music, but with the limited information and few songs that we did give Matt, he did an excellent job of crafting the cocktail hour, dinner, and dance party moods all throughout the night that really fit the atmosphere we were dreaming of. He was even so gracious as to help us mic our Maid of Honor and her acoustic guitar to play our First Dance song live. We received consistent compliments throughout the night and following weeks on the music and DJ work, and would highly recommend Elite Beats to anyone!”

“DJ Inessa was absolutely wonderful! From the beginning, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely invested in making our wedding feel like us. What impressed me most was how much she helped beyond simply being our DJ. She helped coordinate the flow of the reception, communicated with us throughout the process, kept track of important details, and helped make sure everything transitioned smoothly. When you’re getting married, there are a hundred tiny things happening at once, and having someone who notices those details before you even have to ask is incredibly valuable. Our wedding brought together two culturally different families, and she did such a beautiful job making everyone feel included. The music and atmosphere never felt like one side of the family was being asked to fit into the other. It felt like one celebration created specifically for us. One of our favorite moments was the flower girl dance. Our flower girls absolutely loved it! Seeing how excited and happy they were out there dancing was such a sweet part of the night, and it gave them their own special moment that they’ll remember. Their smiles said everything. Another moment that really showed the kind of person Inessa is was when she actually came out and danced in a circle with the little kids. She wasn’t standing behind the DJ booth simply watching everyone have fun. She got down there with them, joined their little circle, danced with them, and made them feel like they were an important part of the celebration. Watching the kids light up around her was incredibly sweet. That small moment said so much about how caring and kind she is. She was warm with our guests, flexible when things needed adjusting, and calm when we needed direction. Instead of feeling like we simply hired a DJ, it felt like we had another person on our team who genuinely wanted the night to go beautifully. We are so grateful for everything DJ Inessa did for us. She helped turn a complicated day with a lot of moving pieces into a happy, memorable celebration. I would absolutely recommend her to another couple. Five stars without hesitation!”

“Josh was incredibly helpful from the get go. He provides a great app that lets you basically search and select all of your songs and save them to specific timeline points. He was always avaialble to chat or text and very responsive and helpful when it came to suggestions and ideas. We had a very diverse selection of songs from 80s new wave, disco, 90s rock, old country, and a few more contemporary tunes...our guests commented on how well the music was mixed. “John is a phenomenal DJ and all around person, we were lucky enough to find him just a few months prior to our wedding date after a venue change and honestly are so happy we had to find him! During the weeks leading up to our wedding he invited us to his home and taught my husband and I dance lessons so we looked like we knew what we were doing for our first dance, and we got so many compliments on it. He also was great on suggesting how the flow of the music should be for the processional songs all the way to the end of the reception. We had horrible rain right before the ceremony and John was quick to help my mom fix everything! At our wedding, we had some hiccups with the food not being ready after the ceremony, so John quickly stepped in and found other activities to do while we waited for food to be ready. Guests assumed this was planned, which was great. His wife joined him for the wedding and helped out tremendously by keeping the dance floor dry from all the rain we had and just being an extra set of hands for everything which we loved. At the end of the night John had asked if we were okay with a certain song he wanted to play that he thought our friends would love, and we are still getting told how fun that was to end the night. If you’re looking for a DJ who truly pours his heart and soul into making your day as special as you want it to be, look no further. This is your guy. Thank you for making our day so much more wonderful :)”

“What an amazing experience working with Joey. He was very thoughtful in curating the music for our day and I hope you find what you are looking for with him. I am a wedding vendor of 15 years as well doing hair, makeup and morning concierge. One of my past brides at one of my most favorite venues to work at is how I was introduced to Joey. After coming out of the hair room I love taking a moment to walk around the venue and there he was playing the cello along with some background music. I was hooked. I love that he was incorporating songs of today with the art of an instrument. I found it unique and something I wanted to showcase at my wedding. I didn’t want people to walk up to just music playing in the space, but an experience. Joey took the time to do 2 calls with us, one being over the phone and the second being over zoom. He came with a detailed questionnaire of how we wanted our wedding to go. It was so detailed that even a music mood girl I didn’t even think of. The calls were scheduled for 30 minutes but he didn’t hesitate to chat with me for over an hour on how I wanted it to be curated. I had already started 2 wedding playlists, but he added and sent me 5 to 6 albums to fill out of songs I loved and wanted. I had over 10 hours of music to play and not only did he take those into consideration he added music that my guests also requested. He even accepted me saying change this song and only play the 10 year olds music every 10 songs He needed to set up in two spaces, one for the ceremony which was outside on our property. He was set up and playing by the time guests arrived. Everyone I spoke with loved the music selection, which I told him “Bridgerton vibes” and he ran with it. After the ceremony his assistant had music playing for the cocktail hour while they broke down the equipment in the ceremony area. I was blown away by the lights that were brought and the look of everything. Microphones worked for speeches and he even had a stand for those who wanted to use them. We didn’t do a traditional walk in but he announced us perfectly and we ran around the tables saying hello to our friends and family. I would recommend Joey to anyone looking to have an experience for their guests, have a DJ but also want strings all in one. He was professional, timely and for someone who did not have a day of coordination or planner very informative. I wanted vendors to do what they do best and I’m glad I trusted him to provide us with music throughout the day and night!”
