As a wedding DJ, I work at all the local venues and what stands out about Cardinal Hills is the capacity and service. A great venue on its own, what elevates it is, beyond the fact that there are few venues that can COMFORTABLY handle larger events, but the care the 2 owners exhibit. They are there, way before an event starts until the end. They are present with a sole goal of making the day amazing! I look forward to any event I get to participate at here. A great day can come down to the little things...the details. They focus on the big stuff and little stuff as I believe they feel the same. The day of the wedding was awesome, but leading up to the wedding, getting ahold of them was exhausting. It wasn’t until I badgered them with calls and multiple emails that I would finally get answers. I think if you’re on a budget they’re perfect, but seriously plan your wedding 1.5/2 years out because it takes a life time to get decisions made.

From the moment we reached out to Maple Lane Retreat, their communication was fast and amazing. The quality of their work and the value they provided was fantastic - the open space at their venue offered endless opportunities to personalize our wedding weekend. We were able to rent out the extra rooms on the property, which meant we could stay the whole weekend and be 90% less stressed leading up to the big day. Maple Lane Retreat also included a bunch of extras like games and tables and a huge refrigerator to keep our drinks cold ,on the property that really made our wedding weekend special. If I could give Bradley Hall a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. We had our ceremony and reception there and Kahlia made the entire process so smooth! She let me have as many meetings as I needed to feel comfortable. She was very responsive and answered every single one of my questions. If anything went wrong the day of, I don’t know about her. The team handled everything and I got to just enjoy my day. And all this doesn’t even cover how beautiful the venue is! If you are looking for a venue that does it all- this is it. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend renting this facility. The rental fee and the space are unmatched. It is my favorite go to when I plan any event that I will have more than 20. The hanger or barn were perfect graduation, Christmas, birthday parties or showers/weddings. Open the hanger doors and we had the outside, but were sheltered from the rain. Plenty of paved parking so no mud or snow. Formal or casual, large group or smaller, nice weather or inclement it has proven the perfect space for many of our events and definitely allowed me to think outside the box when I plan.
