A Classic Party Rental
There is a $300.00 non - refundable deposit in order to save the date. The $300.00 is applied to your final bill.
All food provided at Smith House must be provided by a licensed professional caterer that has and established business. All food must be delivered and set-up by the caterer. We do not have the facilities to prepare, heat, cool or store food. Smith House does make and exception for cake. Celebration cakes and desserts may be brought in by the client.
Smith House provides 4 wood tables and 16 upholstered chairs. The Bridal Suite is also in the rental. Everything else at Smith House can be rented from our rental company.
No. All alcohol must be provided by the Smith House Bar. Under no circumstances can outside alcohol be brought in. In the event that the renter or guest brings outside alcohol into Smith House, the credit card on file is subject to a fine.
No, due to Health Department policies food is not permitted to be packaged and taken home. We do make an exception for cake and desserts.
No. All items being rented for the purposes of an event at Smith House must be rented through our sister company, Smith House Rentals or A Classic Party Rentals. Smith House works directly with Smith House Rentals and A Classic to ensure you have all items needed for your event. Specialty items such as decor and furniture can be rented through a 3rd party vendor with the approval of Smith House.
A wedding coordinator is required at Smith House for all wedding ceremony and receptions. Smith House believes it is important for a bride and groom to enjoy their wedding day. Therefore, Smith House must have a contact person that is in charge of the wedding should a problem occur. The couple is welcome to hire their own coordinator or hire our in-house coordinator.
No. Smith House has a list of preferred disk jockeys that we are happy to provide to you. Other entertainment vendors such as bands, singers and instrumental groups is subject to Smith House approval.
