“We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience than the one we had with [Company Name] for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were, hands down, the most delicious cupcakes and cake we’ve ever had — and we weren’t the only ones who thought so! Not a single cupcake was left by the end of the night. Everything was beautifully done, and the owner went above and beyond every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating — even going so far as to prepare separate batches of cupcakes to keep family members with severe peanut and gluten allergies safe. That level of care meant so much to us. On top of that, she personally hand-delivered everything and set up the entire display on the day of the wedding, which looked absolutely stunning and took so much stress off our shoulders. We had a 6" lemon cake filled with Bavarian cream and raspberry preserves with a vanilla almond buttercream, strawberry shortcake cupcakes, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. While our Red Velvet cake was absolutely delicious on the inside, and she added extra cookies to the cake after our follow-up consultation. We learned a tough lesson about deep-colored frosting. Cheryl warned us about the impacts of using heavy dye to achieve a burgundy exterior (as we wanted to avoid fondant), and we should have listened! The exterior ended up with a bit of a chemical taste and stained everything it touched. Take our advice: Cheryl knows her stuff! If she makes a suggestion on color or texture, trust her expertise—you’ll be in great hands. Aside from our own misunderstanding, the service and cake quality were wonderful.”

“Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. Every single dessert we sampled was scrumptious - it was difficult to choose only a handful for our wedding reception! For the big day, Amy went above and beyond, even learning how to make a traditional Peruvian cookie (the "alfajor") for the dessert table. She totally understood our vision for our wedding cake, too. The entire dessert table turned out beautifully - everything looked so appetizing that guests actually started sampling the desserts before we had cut the cake! Not only is the service professionally done, but also great quality and the cakes, cookies, cake popsicles, macaroons, cupcakes, etc are so delicious and a lovely variety of cake flavors to choose from. The set ups are amazingly gorgeous and I don't have enough words to say how much I enjoyed my overall experience with Blush & Whisk. Still to this day I'm a faithful customer. Bermarie truly works her baking magic in her bakery. 5 stars plus to this business.”
