The DAC Event Center sits on Willamette Street in downtown Eugene, part of a family-owned club that has anchored this block for more than 40 years. Our spaces flex to fit the celebration. The Ballroom holds up to 300 guests across 3,300 square feet, with room for a dance floor and a head table. For something more intimate, the Dining Room (up to 80), Club Room (up to 50), and Sunset Room (up to 40) carry the same warm, well-kept feel at a smaller scale. When the weather cooperates, the Rooftop Patio opens up over the street for cocktails under open sky. We're glad to point you toward caterers we trust so the food matches the day you have in mind. You'll have a dressing suite to get ready in, help with setup and cleanup, and one point of contact. I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of 20 years. Starting as a young teen, he would let me tag along to weddings to help haul equipment. I fell in love with the hustle and I ended up working 15+ weddings as his assistant videographer before I left for college. Professionally, I have been working as a stage manager in events and entertainment for 9 years, mostly in the SLC, Utah area. I always felt the wedding industry calling me back, so about 3 years ago I began applying my events management skills to wedding planning and never looked back.

Mount Pisgah Arboretum’s beautiful White Oak Pavilion is a 3,000 sqft building with large wooden glassed-in sliding doors that open on all sides to reveal the peaceful scenery and oak savannah landscapes of the Arboretum. The building is easily accessible to caterers, musicians, and guests. Photo opportunities at the Arboretum include our vast Oak Savannah, the Great Meadows, large canopied forests, a lovely sandy beach along the Coast Fork River, the beautiful Adkison Footbridge in our Water Garden, our vintage, photogenic barn and over 200 acres of majestic trees, paths and nature. The Arboretum is a non-profit organization and our main mission is education. Your wedding rental fee goes directly into our children's education program. This helps the Arboretum bring out over 3,000 school children each year to discover nature on our guided field trips. This park is open to the public 365 days a year.

We got started photographing couples and traditional weddings in 2017, but it made us so sad to see couples stressed out to the max on their wedding day, rushing around, and hardly getting to spend any actual time with their partner or their guests. Heceta Head is one of the most beautiful lighthouses in the world! The Lighthouse and Light Keeper’s home are circa 1894. Both are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From a height of 205 feet above the ocean, its “first order” Fresnel lens, casts it’s beams some 21 miles out to sea. It is the brightest light on the Oregon coast. It is said to be the most photographed lighthouse in the United States. The Light Keeper’s home is perched on a cliff with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the beach below. Paths from the Light Keeper’s Home lead both to the beach and to the lighthouse.
