“Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all of our friends. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Anyae, for everything. “Newly weds here, Ms.Tessa was really nice on our menu. If there was something that we didn't want in the menu or wanted to change or take something from the menu or services, she'll take it out with no hesitation. We asked for servers and a coordinator. We had her make steak smothered with mushroom and onion gravy, garlic herb chicken, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese and dinner rolls. Drink we picked with water, sweet tea and flavor fruit water. The Mac and cheese was the favorite for everyone along side with sweet tea. Unfortunately we didn't try the chicken, we were too full to say. The steak with the gravy was okay to say. The mix veggies were actually on the spicy side, we weren't aware of that. The carrots in it was a little undercooked, really hard in the center. Loved the servers, they were lovely. The Coordinator however was a little something. Within less than a month of the wedding, Ms. Tessa introduced her to us. Immediately almost every day, she would ask us question after question. Our stress skyrocketed ever since we met the Coordinator, to the point my mother had to step in to say that we can talk after I'm off of work. She is nice, she's helped with putting stuff together for the binder, talked to each of the vendors, helped with getting the wedding together and even helped cleaned up afterwards. Honestly, it would've been better and less stressful if we had met her maybe 3 months ahead of time. Overall, they did an awesome job, each and every one of them. “Working with Bon Appetit LLC was such a pleasure from start to finish. The team was always happy to chat with us about our vision and answered every question without hesitation. What really stood out was how they went out of their way to visit with each guest during the reception—it made everyone feel truly welcomed and cared for. The food was absolutely delicious with bold flavors that had our guests raving about it all night. We felt like we got great quality for our budget, and honestly couldn't have asked for a better catering experience. We'd recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.”
