Celena Grant Cake Company - formerly known as Homemade by Celena - was born from my love of baking and decorating delicious cakes to share with family and friends. Cakes are for celebration, bringing joy, and making memories!

Hey y’all, I’m Rachael Williams! I am a certified Cottage Law in Madison, Alabama. That means that I have taken the food and safety courses and that I do all my baking out of my home kitchen. But I was not always a baker, I used to work a 9-5 in the government world and bake in my down time after my boys went to bed. In March of 2021 I was able to take that leap to become a full-time mom and baker.

Creating hand crafted macarons in a variety of both classic and unique flavors, colors and designs. We offer both packaged and display options (whether it be as a wedding favor for your guests or a grand tower display during your reception), as well as printed details to make them uniquely yours!

We started by making birthday cakes for our children and very quickly grew into all kinds of confectionary deliciousness that we love sharing we everyone! Making events and weddings more beautiful through edible art is something we take very seriously, but we also know how to have fun too!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

With 16 years of experience in wedding cakes, I bring expertise and creativity to every creation. Specializing in fondant and buttercream, I craft elegantly tiered cakes and unique custom designs. My services include customized sugar cookies and delightful individual desserts, ensuring every sweet treat at your celebration is a perfect match for your special day. Founded by a practicing health attorney, Frost 321 is named to reflect the revolutionary process of freezing at -321 degrees Fahrenheit.
