Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $5,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $5000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. Passerine Hills is nestled in a picturesque setting on 200 acres of rolling hills. Luxury and serenity in an intimate setting. The estate was expanded and renovated with luxury additions including an inground seasonal heated pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball court, 3000sqft golf green and tee box, full sized tennis and basketball courts, pool & ping pong table, foosball, and a large treehouse decorated with lighting, offering unique country wedding photos. The property can be arranged a number of ways to host large or small weddings. There are plenty of spaces for parties to move around on property, which offers lots of options and ideas. Best of all, we work with some of the best vendors in the business - wedding planners, caterers, bartenders, rentals, DJ's, photographer, videographers and more! Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby.
