Timeless Arches, LLC
Rating: 5.0 (17 reviews)
·Ratings include Zola and Google reviews
  • Starts at $2,200
  • Serves Diamond Springs, CA
  • Offer

Timeless Arches was born from a lifelong love of flowers and a belief that beauty shouldn't be fleeting. Growing up in a florist shop, I developed an eye for floral design — and when premium faux florals became indistinguishable from the real thing, I found the perfect medium: stunning, sustainable, and built to last. We create show-stopping ceremony installations — arches, flower walls, urns, and aisle décor — designed to anchor your most photographed moments. Many pieces travel beautifully to your reception for a sweetheart table, cake table, or entryway display. Serving couples across Sacramento, Reno & Lake Tahoe.

“From the moment we first reached out to Timeless Arches, LLC, we knew we had found the right florist for our wedding. Their team was responsive and clear about what they could do for us, which made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. On our ceremony day, they delivered exactly what we envisioned—the urns and pedestals looked magazine-worthy, and the flowers were so realistic we had to do a double take. The setup was stunning and truly transformed our space into something magical. They went above and beyond what we expected, and we are so grateful to have chosen them. I highly recommend Timeless Arches to any couple looking to make their ceremony unforgettable.”

Joanie and Bloom
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Diamond Springs, CA
  • Offer

At Joanie and Bloom, every arrangement begins with a story—yours. We combine the soft romance of vintage charm with the refined beauty of modern elegance to create event floral designs that feel deeply personal and unforgettable.

“Before getting married, I had the pleasure of witnessing the stunning floral arrangements created by Joanie and Bloom at a friend's wedding. The moment I saw their work, I knew that I wanted to book them for my own special day. At that time, I didn't have much knowledge about flowers or a clear vision of what I wanted, but that didn't stop me from reaching out to them. When I connected with Anna from Joanie and Bloom, she was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She helped me navigate the vast world of floral design, offering suggestions and insights into which flowers would complement my wedding theme. Together, we discussed my aesthetic preferences and color palette, and she was able to translate my vague ideas into something beautiful and cohesive. For our wedding, we decided on seven bouquets and matching boutonnieres for the bridal party, as well as two elegant small arrangements for our arch. Despite the tight timeline (we planned our wedding in just two months) Anna worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was perfect. The end result was absolutely breathtaking! The florals added a touch of elegance and charm to our celebration, making it even more memorable. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out, and I wholeheartedly recommend Joanie and Bloom. I would absolutely book them again for any future occasion!”

“I ordered the silk magnolia bouquet (Shelbie Bridal Bouquet - Hand tied) and opted for the scent to be added. They arrived and already looked perfect with very minimal fluffing/adjustment. I was nervous the scent would be strong or too artificial but it was light and natural. They photographed beautifully and let me have a taste of home with the magnolias all the way across the country. Gorgeous.”

“Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!”

“My husband and I could not dream of having entrusted anyone other than Autumn with our wedding florals. From her professionalism down to her attention to detail, there was not a single step of the planning process that we were not completely blown away by Autumn and her work! During the early phases of our wedding planning process, we had received 6 different floral proposals from various florists local to the Bay Area. Autumn's proposal blew every other company's out of the water! Coming in at 20 pages, her proposal outlined our color pallet and inspo photos for the conceptual design, the exact flowers (with pictures) she chose based on our vision, the exact vessels, candles, and candle holders she had in mind, and pricing for each bouquet, boutonniere, and arrangement. Shortly after receiving her proposal, and prior to making our final decision on florist, I flew into San Fran on a last-minute work trip. I reached out to her literally as I was touching down at SFO to see if she was available to meet at our venue to go over design and vision. Autumn immediately dropped everything and met me on site within an hour! That alone earned our business - she was committed to us and our vision from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Autumn ensured my husband I stayed involved in the decision making process, regularly sending options for different vessels, candles, candle holders, ribbon selections, and design preferences. On the week of the wedding, she asked if I would like updates as she arranged our florals to which I said OF COURSE! Daily she sent me the sweetest photos and videos of the bouquets, aisle arch, etc. which was the shining light pulling me through an incredibly stressful and busy final week of planning/travel! We truly cannot speak highly enough about Autumn, her amazing work, her attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and it was SO FUN seeing her on the day of our wedding after 2 years of planning together! If you're on the fence with who to choose as your florist, make no mistake, Autumn is the absolute BEST and will ensure your vision comes to life down to every last detail!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”
