As a Military Chef, he worked as a Culinary Trainer and Executive Chef to Five-Star Generals. He has served officials, heads of state, and foreign dignitaries. He also served Hollywood executives, actors and entertainers alike while working as Sous Chef at Motion Pictures. He retired after 22 years of service. He formally trained in Culinary Arts while in the Military. Majored in Food Service Management at the University of Maryland and received his Advanced Culinary Arts Certification from Stratford University.
