Head Chef

CHEF WILLIAM, has had the distinct pleasure of serving many notable individuals throughout his 25+ career span. As a Military Chef, he worked as a Culinary Trainer and Executive Chef to Five-Star Generals. He has served officials, heads of state, and foreign dignitaries. He also served Hollywood executives, actors and entertainers alike while working as Sous Chef at Motion Pictures. He retired after 22 years of service. He formally trained in Culinary Arts while in the Military. Majored in Food Service Management at the University of Maryland and received his Advanced Culinary Arts Certification from Stratford University.

Our food is freshly prepared for your specific event with the freshest of ingredients and beautifully presented by our culinary-trained Chefs. And, we are super flexible. We can customize any wedding menu based on the needs of your event.

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. This amount will be waived if you sign an agreement with us beforehand. If you sign an Agreement with us after the tasting, the fee will be credited to your final invoice.
