What I love about what I do, simply put, is that I love food. I also look at it as an art form. One of the things I learned from many of the chefs I worked under is that people eat with their eyes first, so it always has to look as good as it tastes. Whether a plated dish or a buffet spread, it’s all about creating a feast for the senses.

    The Best Tacos!!

    We loved having Joe and his team cater our wedding. Everyone complimented on how good the food was for the reception and we absolutely agreed!! If you're looking for a kind and responsive vendor, Joe's Lone Star Tacos is the best.

    BCS Fall Festival

    We hired Joe's taco truck for our company's annual Fall Festival and the praise we received was unmatched! Truly Chef Joe's tacos were the hit of our event! We will definitely be considering them for future events!! Cost is a little up there, but we worked out a reasonable amount for the amount of people we had attending.

    Joe and staff catered a party last year celebrating the 50th birthday of our Hippy Bus!! It was beyond fabulous. Served quests from his food truck, set up taco bar as well. Food was excellent!!! Service excellent!! If you need a caterer, Joe is the one. Our friends and family are asking when is the next party with Joe.

We charge a standard 18% service fee. Additional mileage fees may apply.
Yes, our event minimum is $1200 Monday-Thursday. So, at $18 per person, if you had 67 guests, that would cover the minimum. The $23 option would cover 52 guests. The minimum is $1500 on Friday through Sunday, at $18 per person, serving 83 guests, and $23 per person, serving 65 guests. The initial guest count is not subject to reduction. However, clients may add more at least seven days before the event.
We offer services throughout Cherokee County and nearby areas. A mileage fee will apply if the service travel area is outside 45 minutes.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us, it is deducted from the final invoice.
However, included in our pricing, we offer disposable white china with gold or silver edging, disposable silver/gold-look utensils, and glass stemware
