Whether it’s the macarons in the fridge at the Side Dish or the spices in your Clam Chowder at the Sham Shack, I have taste-tested it all, and in most cases truly know the people who are making or growing it.

I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.
