For instance, when we were saying hello to everyone during cocktail hour, we did not have time to get appetizers but Toni and her team saved every single one for us and brought it to us right before our meal! “The whole team at Bissou made our wedding amazing! Their coordinators- Esther & Ty made me feel so taken care of the entire night of our wedding and the week leading up. We had them handle the coordination, florals, cake, bartending, and full catering, and the whole experience was fantastic! We had a wedding of around 80 guests, and there was plenty of food, and it was delicious. The cake was wonderful, and the platter they made for our cocktail hour was custom Greek and sooo good! The only thing is that Chef T sometimes can be hard to reach, so I would definitely work with Esther as his main point of contact/coordinator. However, he is so lovely and sweet, and his food is fabulous!”
