We were so impressed by the whole Stroudsmoor team; they were attentive and accommodating with all of our questions and concerns and worked with us to make us comfortable throughout the process. On our wedding day, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were right there and ready with fans to cool us off, drinks without us even asking, and made us feel so special throughout the entire celebration. The Ridgecrest site was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful, idyllic, and natural setting that still felt accessible and comfortable, even on the 85 degree day at the end of June. The shade came over the space perfectly, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests. Stroudsmoor truly provided incredible value and a wedding experience that exceeded all of our expectations.

We had a Fall wedding at Seminary Hill and I couldn't recommend this venue more! The view is STUNNING. The house is perfect. The guest house is an absolute bonus (we invited close friends to stay next door). And the folks at Seminary Hill are a pleasure to work with, especially the property manager Bill. He was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. He helped us wrangle vendors before the wedding, he helped with setup and when any issues arose the day before, and he was just all-around a pleasure to work with. He made our experience so enjoyable and he was also instrumental to ensuring the weekend ran smoothly. We really couldn't recommend this venue more.

We got married at The Barn on Hubbard in the Catskills, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking—an old rustic barn that has been thoughtfully renovated, keeping all of its original charm while adding just the right modern touches. It made for the most beautiful backdrop to our day. From the very beginning, Sara was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and always a great communicator, which made planning so much easier. I had always dreamed of getting married at home in the Catskills, and after visiting a number of venues in the area, The Barn on Hubbard was by far the one that felt right. It struck the perfect balance of cozy, elegant, and natural. Our wedding day was everything we envisioned—warm, joyful, and stunning from start to finish. I truly wouldn’t have changed a thing, and I can’t recommend this venue enough to any couple looking for a Catskills wedding!!

Cheryl was so easy to work with. Her communication was great and timely all before my special day. I felt like I never had a worry because my questions were always answered before the day ended. During the rehearsal, she was able to answer all my questions and give some pointers, which was super helpful to make our day go smoothly. I suggest you take her advice. She showed her confidence in what she does best, which only made me feel less nervous about everything going on. She and her staff were so friendly at the rehearsal dinner, specially with the special requests I had for a few of my guests. Our wedding went on without a hiccup. Her staff decorated my tables exactly how I wanted. She met with my photographer to show the grounds for photo options. She was readily available in moments and was on point with the schedule of events on my day. The food was great and it seemed like things went seamlessly. She came to one more rescue for our friends and family. The following day, we did not anticipate so many of our friends and family wanted to leisurely join us for dinner. She was able to set us up in a space to accommodate us at the last minute. Cheryl was so easy to work with throughout the planning process. Her experience and organization is paramount. She made us feel comfortable and confident with our plans. Our family and friends had a blast at the party and the grounds that weekend. Many said they would return, including us.

Having our wedding at Handsome Hollow was an absolute dream. Kate and her team are professional, thorough, and beyond helpful before and on the day of the wedding. The location and grounds are stunning! We chose to have our ceremony in the fern forest a little ways up from the barn - it's like walking into a fairytale. The barn is a beautiful reception space that's open, inviting, and even more magical after sunset under the glowing string lights! We had a few guests including a couple of our family members who required assistance walking at certain times, but that was not a problem at all... The team communicates like special special forces to make sure everyone is comfortable and anyone requiring assistance gets shuttled swiftly by an off road buggy wherever they need to go! We also got shuttled as Bride & Groom does have it's privelages :) It was such a relief to know everyone was taken care of. Staying in the guest house was fantastic. The morning of the wedding I got ready upstairs in the barn loft, while my wife had the farmhouse the with hair/makeup and all of that. It's such a cute house, and was so nice to not have any traveling before our big day. Everything you would need is stocked at the farmhouse and help always seemed readily available if needed. It was just the relaxed easy going atmosphere we needed to chill out as much as possible before the wedding. There are so many great nooks and places for photo ops at Handsome Hollow! For a summer day it wasn't too hot at all, maybe the elevation helps a bit with that! It was warm before the ceremony when we took some photos in the sun, but we just cooled down in the farmhouse afterwards. The ceremony in the fern garden was under cover of trees so it was perfectly cool (both temperature and vibes!) The barn just seems to stay cool also, so that was no issue at all. We didn't get a chance to eat our desserts, so the team brought them up to the farmhouse for us to enjoy after the wedding was over. It's that level of hospitality, and so appreciated. My only regret is that I couldn't split myself into two people so I could not only get married, but also see the food buffet, see the s'mores by the campfire, watch our first dance (we nailed it!!). Luckily we had a phenomenal wedding planner (Lauren / Wild Blooms Bridal), and phenomenal photographer (Joshua Brown) to compliment the venue! It was truly an amazing day, and we can't thank you enough. You cannot go wrong with Handsome Hollow!!!

We had our wedding at The Arnold House on September 6, 2025, and it was everything we dreamed of and more! Literally every moment exceeded all expectations and I can’t stress enough that if I could give 1,000 stars I would. The grounds and spaces are absolutely breathtaking, from the ceremony sites to the reception areas, every corner of the property is filled with whimsy and wonder. Our photographer had an endless supply of amazing spots for photos throughout the weekend! Most people will tour the venue during the off season and believe me when I say it is worth the wait to see it in all its glory come summer/fall! The barn barely needs decorating, it's SO charming itself, the greenhouse is incredible with all its plants and life, the sunroom is the cutest spot ever, the outdoor ceremony sites are so magical with the trees, wildflowers and pond, the bluestone patio was perfect for our private first dance and the big circle meadow for ceremony or rehearsal dinner is literally straight out of a taylor swift music video. I was obsessed. But what makes The Arnold House so special is the people. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel completely at home and like family. And not like we were in their home but like they were in OUR home. They constantly reminded us that the property was ours for the weekend, our friends and family felt it and so did we. Will and Emily were by our side every step of the way — no request was ever too big, and their calm, caring presence made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Their level of customer service is something I’ve truly never seen. You know they’re good when guests that weren’t even involved in the process were naming them and singing their praises. Rita and Lori brought such energy and kindness behind the bar and during late-night festivities; they made sure every guest felt welcome and cared for with amazing cocktails and conversation just such a blast! Also cannot get through this without stating that our guests are still raving about the food — Brittany is an incredible chef, and we heard over and over again that this was the best wedding meal they had ever had. And you know it’s true when they’re calling out dishes by name “OMG the horseradish sauce on the steak? Those crispy brussels? And the whipped feta?” Every bite was thoughtful, flavorful, and beautifully presented and felt super personal and not at all cookie cutter. And cannot leave out John who greeted everyone with such warmth and attentiveness, all the way through to our final morning when he made us a farewell breakfast that was so sweet and such a thoughtful send off. In general there wasn’t a thing that felt cookie cutter about my wedding because they made me feel like I had full autonomy over the weekend and it really showed. I really wanted my wedding to feel unique and Arnold House not only allowed for that but encouraged it every step of the way. Seriously every single space at The Arnold House radiates happiness and love, but it’s the people who make it truly extraordinary. Bottom line if rustic modern is your vibe HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. I toured multiple places and no one compared from then til now. My husband, our parents, our bridal parties, and guests all could not stop raving about every aspect of arnold house. It is truly a magical place with incredible people who want nothing more than to help make all your dreams come true. And I can honestly say they did and then some. THANK YOU!

My wife and I had the pleasure of attending an event at this beautiful site. The suite they offered was on a private floor and had a spacious and exeptionally clean bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area. The outside grounds included small bodies of water, one with a bridge to a small island. The island had a gazebo and sacred site where we sat and meditated together. We felt so at peace as we enjoyed a light breeze coming through the willow tress. There were many lounging areas with hammocks, rocking chairs, and even a large fire places outside the pool house. We can't be more grateful for our experience here as my wife and I reached a new level of intimacy with each other. The hosts we were very accommodating and made us feel at home. We can't recommend this place enough!

The Outlier Inn is truly one-of-a-kind, offering so much more than your typical wedding venue. From the start, we knew it was something special. One of our favorite aspects was being able to bring all of our loved ones together in one place for the entire weekend, creating a unique experience where our family and friends were “trapped” in the best way—celebrating and bonding without distractions. If you’re someone who loves to party under the stars, and you enjoy envisioning and creating fun, personalized spaces, this is the venue for you. The property itself is a hidden gem, full of surprises at every turn. There’s so much to explore, from the charming tiny houses scattered throughout, to the inviting homemade hot tub and peaceful sauna, to the quirky hidden thrift shop/barn. We held our ceremony in the newly added amphitheater nestled in the woods—an intimate space surrounded by towering trees, creating a perfect natural backdrop for our vows. We were lucky with beautiful September weather, and the sound of our friends laughing and exploring the grounds will forever be a cherished memory. Josh, the owner of The Outlier, truly made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we met him, we knew this was “our” place. He is warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. During our first tour of the property, Josh even let us bottle-feed his adorable baby goat, “Frip”—a moment that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Leading up to the wedding, Josh was always available to offer guidance and advice, and throughout the weekend, his calm presence was a steady source of reassurance. Whether he was setting up bonfires, handling speakers and microphones, or just checking in on us, Josh ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in every moment of our celebration. The only downside to having our wedding at The Outlier Inn is that we almost want to keep it a secret—it’s so magical, we’d love to keep it all to ourselves! But in all honesty, The Outlier Inn is an extraordinary venue, and we can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Thank you, Josh, for making our weekend so unforgettable!

Choosing Beaverkill Valley Inn as our wedding venue was an absolute dream come true - it's not just one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding. The memories we created there, the truly exceptional hospitality of the staff, the meticulous attention to every tiny detail, and the cuisine were simply out of this world. Diana and Kaitlyn are more than just professionals; they're wedding day superheroes. Their unwavering calm and ingenious problem-solving skills are exactly what every couple needs, especially when facing unpredictable weather or guest-related challenges. They consistently went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Chef Tommy curated a delicious menu and our guests were absolutely gushing about how delicious the food was. It’s rare that wedding food feels restaurant quality but at BVI it is! Every dish was cooked to perfection and was full of flavor. The staff at BVI consistently exceeds expectations. Every time I encountered a staff member, they genuinely inquired about my well-being, offered assistance, and sought ways to alleviate any wedding day stress. It was a truly remarkable experience. Beaverkill Valley Inn's setting is perfect - an ideal location for gathering your guests for a weekend getaway. From the welcoming front porch to the cozy fireplaces and the expansive property complete with bonfires to conclude your evening, it offers everything you could want. Our guests were constantly amazed, often asking, "How did you find this incredible place?" Their admiration extended to the Inn's staff as well. Words can't fully capture the magic of this place, but I'm eternally grateful that we chose Beaverkill Valley Inn for our special day. We're already dreaming of the countless memories we'll create here in the years to come!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at Sylvan Ridge in May 2025. We chose it sight-unseen as it was central for family, absolutely gorgeous in pictures, and easy to work with if it rained. The month-of and day-of coordination from Alyssa was incredible and took a lot of stress off of our plates. Vendor coordination and the timeline was seamless, even with some last-minute changes and a thunderstorm the day of. The farmhouse and cottage were a fantastic place for our family and friends to relax and help out, and had plenty of supplies and enough dishes for our 20ish person rehearsal dinner. We hosted a welcome party and our cocktail hour below the barn; had our ceremony on the lawn behind the barn; and had our ceremony in the barn. Having access to the venue for 72 hours made setup and teardown easy with a small team. The trees were just beginning to bloom, the hiking trails on the property were gorgeous, and the weather worked out perfectly to have our ceremony outside. It is hard for me to imagine how anything about the venue could have been better. If you have the opportunity to have a wedding (or any other event) at Sylvan Ridge, book it!

I enjoy visiting Tom Quick Inn in Milford for occasional dinner, glass of wine, dessert. A decision to choose this venue for my daughter Quinceanera came to ma easy. It was a great choice. The communication with my event coordinator, Keighla, was great. We had few in person meetings, communicated via email or phone. She helped me adjust the menu to create what I wanted for that special day. I felt taken care of in any way possible by her. It felt great to meet the chef, Mike, who was in charge of the meal preparation, before the event and to be able to discuss the menu with him. He become another person I could turn too, if I had any questions. The venue accommodated my needs to decorate the venue the night before event. The event itself was fabulous. The day was warm as for late October, the colorful trees surrounding the restaurant, allowed us to take nice pictures in the nature. The food, as expected... delicious. Guest left the event happy, with full tummies. As for me... It felt as if I just had a wedding I never had. Thank you Tom Quick Inn Team and Milford Hospitality Group. ...with Love and Kindness Karina Asper

I had such a remarkable experience here at the best western. Everyone is so friendly, and the sales manager helped me through the whole entire wedding planning process. I had my wedding ceremony in the evergreen garden, and the layout of the garden reminded me of a fairytale wedding. My cocktail hour experience was hosted in Deacons Tavern and it was so much fun! Between the bartenders offering such amazing drinks and the indoor and outdoor patio was stunning! My reception was hosted in the Ballroom, and it was a clean slate to really vision my wedding in! I was going for a fairytale wedding and when I had my first look into reception, it was truly everything I could have ever imagined! I highly recommend checking out this venue.

The mountains surrounding the property created a picture-perfect backdrop, and the barn… absolutely stunning. Elegant, cozy, and full of charm…it was everything we hoped for and more. We wanted to share the food we love and enjoy with our family and friends. We have been to so many weddings where the food was just underwhelming. Alan's did not disappoint. We still receive so many comments on how much the food was enjoyed and the People at Alan's worked very hard to make sure our day went smooth and we were left satisfied. Cannot recommend them enough.
